Happy Cats!
Good, solid cat tree and much cuter than the ones I've seen in other stores. Shipping time was pretty reasonable, and construction was easy. My cats are happy, so I'm happy!

Really cute but small
It's a very cute cat tree but a lot of the things on it are built for a really small cat. I wouldn't buy it if you had a regular sized/larger cat. The instructions could have been clearer and the fabric felt really cheap. It seems like its built more for aesthetics than actual cat use.

If you try the product and don’t like it, you can’t return it. Bunch of back and forth emails that led me nowhere.

Great product and easy to set up
Great product and easy to set up. Well made and more sturdy than the cheaper trees I ordered off amazon. The carpet did start to tear within 2-3 weeks of my cats using the posts that dont have rope and are covered with carpet instead. Not a huge deal because they still use it and its from their nails tearing it, although i wish there was more scratching posts

Great Quality
I am very happy with the delivery and the quality of the product. My cat liked it instantaneously and enjoys hanging out on the cat tree every day. I will definitely recommend it to others

Love the design
*edited my review. Happy & Polly reached out about my damaged coffin cat tower & promptly sent a replacement piece, after requesting images of the damage. This is A+ customer service. Love the design. The quality is ok. Mine came damaged. The structure was fine, but there were holes in the covering of one of the coffins. The cats still like it.
