No instructions on how to assemble + horrid customer support. Attempted to email, speak to anyone via the chat function on their website, and even instagram dm-ed them— all to no avail. Gave it 2 stars since the product seems cute.

Arrived on time and everything turned out great! My friends cats sleep on the beds all the time. Sadly, through shipping, the corner of the box was hit a bit too hard and now there is a little chip. Nothing too noticeable though. So all in all, it was shipping that I had a slight problem with and nothing else!

Loved the stamps of our pets! Just wish the ink was a little darker. Hope they last a long time. We'll enjoy using them for notes to pet sitters, etc.

Update:: giving 4 stars for customer service reaching out and resolving the issue. to Follow-up with this review. The product I ordered was the coconut cat tree. Happy and Polly reached out to me directly and offered to send a screw that would hopefully make the tree more secure, or replace with a new cat tree. The issue with the tree is the weight distribution- if your cat jumps off, the tree easily tumbles over. I chose to have them send a different tree. Thank you happy and Polly for finding a solution to the issue and for reaching out to me. ************ This scratching post is extremely poorly built for the amount of money you’re spending. There are two options to build it. Both options are extremely unstable. Just placing our cat on the top post and it wanted to fall over both ways if building it. I waited quite a while to receive this item as it was pre-ordered and I’m looking to return.

5 stars! Super great shopping experience. Website is neat and easy to use, and I love the pre-order options to receive discounts and free shipping on new, exclusive items. I have the Bloomy tower, mushroom scratching post, Goth tower, and just pre-ordered the pink Piranha tower! Items always arrive perfectly and are easy as pie to assemble, just screw in, no tools. I love that I can unscrew them for moves or customize the height and where each platform goes. My cats spend all day and night jumping from one tower to another and they have held up awesomely to constant scratching and vacuuming between 3 furballs. The colors are so vibrant and materials are so soft yet easy to wipe clean when one has a hairball.

Sent as a gift. My niece and her kitty loved it. Colors are great.
