item fell apart within a month of owning it. within a week, the ball came off the string and after that, the string came undone and exposed styrofoam which is a horrible cheap product to use for cats. they can inhale it. so low quality. edit: i had already emailed service 4 days before posting this and still no one has responded.

Great work on the engraving. Looked exactly like my cat that passed away. It made my wife cry out of happiness. The spitting image of my baby boy,Whiskers. Thank you Happy and Polly for making my wifes Christmas a special one.

I was disappointed that the product didn’t come (to the first destination) in time for Xmas, as promised. On the other hand, it wouldn’t have made it on time either way as I accidentally sent it to an old mailing address. I am super impressed that DHL figured this out and very generously offered for me to give them another address to mail it to for no additional cost. I was very touched by their generosity and commitment to seeing my package through to the right location. The product was very much appreciated and I’m grateful that it was such a big hit!

When I bought the custom stamp, it seemed that it did not come with any ink, and since it was a gift I was not prepared to have one.

Great customer service I’m happy, only downside is very long delivery time.
