perfect purchase
Arrived very fast, was easy to assemble and exactly what we wanted. Both our cats really enjoy it. It even comes with extra bats for when the ones in the tree get a little too chewed on.

My cat is so happy with her water fountain :-) I was originally sent one that was broken but Happy & Polly did a wonderful job sending me a new one!

Disappointed
The item was squished into a box that misformed it permanently. Edit to add: they did email me and tried to make this right. However I've had it for a while now and it is still wonky. Super cute, but just not what I hoped for. They did send me a partial refund, which was helpful! I just hope they package it differently in the future. Good customer service overall.

We have ordered the ice cream cone cat…
We have ordered the ice cream cone cat tree for our two senior cats and we were really excited about,after we recived it we realized that the tree was faulty, three of the platforms were missing the metal hinges needed so the platforms can be attached onto the cone,we contacted customer service they said we needed to wait a month for production of the hinges,we agreed.We finally recived them today and guess what?? NO NECESARY SCREWS PROVIDED??At this point I want a refund I'll return the tree I don't want to deal with it anymore!!Extremely disappointed

Ice Cream Cat Tree
Would have been 5 Star experience if the Tree had arrived with all parts required for assembly (was missing brackets & screws for 3 of 4 Steps). Customer Service was quick to respond and action for replacement parts but in total took just over 2 weeks to receive. Given the price of the Tree ($499 pre-tax), I expected better QC - otherwise the quality of the product is there overall.
