The cats are using it!!!
Well made and very cute design. Easy to assemble and all the cats love it. Will definitely be getting more things from this company based on this item.

Soft, easy to build for 2 people
All my pieces were in the box, it is really nice and soft, my cats love sleeping and playing on the tower. There were some steps, when putting the tower together, that we had to skip to then come back to later because if we had done it as intended the next couple steps would have been harder to put together. Im a little over 5ft tall, the top shelf is about eye level with me. I was looking for a tall and wide cat tower and this is definitely it. If I knew how to share photos of the cat tower I definitely would for those who need a visual representation of the tower before buying it.

The customer service was great. They provided me with a couple options, were communicative and offered to help despite my warranty being expired. I got the piece I needed in a timely manner.

Very poor quality product and…
Very poor quality product and insufficient solutions from customer service. Item disintegrated within two days.

Poor Product Support
They asked me to send a video, which is too large to email, of their defective water fountain. The instructions were minimal at best. A USB plug without an adapter for power? And a proprietary filter?

As stated on the product page, the package includes the Ghost Water Fountain, IPX-8 Submersible Pump with USB line, Filter1, and Sucker1. We also specify the recommended filter replacement frequency on the product page. For the adapter for power, you can use a universal phone charger head. The filters can be purchased separately for replacement as needed. Additionally, we understand from our customer service department that the issue with your product is that the water pump is not working properly. If there are no issues with the installation, it is likely due to insufficient pump power. If your product is still under warranty, you could contact our customer service team to request a free-pump replacement.
