Item was a custom stamp. Description said clearly that it included ink. It didn't, and I had to buy ink pads to complete the gift. I asked for a refund. No reply from vendor.

The customer service representatives addressed my concerns and rapidly responded with a replacement item. The issue I had was my own fault because I failed to note that I had not correctly included my address information. But the representatives were very understanding to that as well.
