Great product, i have hot two boiler taps one with the hose top and it is so useful with the boiler tap it is great and i use them everyday in my stores

Purchased a Hanstrom 3-in-1 boiling water tap which became faulty shortly after the 12 month guarantee expired (like many others here). I was given no option for repair or replacement parts. Only offer from customer service was to buy a new boiler unit for £100, which is insulting given the poor quality of their products. I purchased the tap from Verana who also have the same registered address as Hasntrom. My suspicion it the owners are drop shippers purchasing cheap goods in bulk from another country, which explains why they don't supply replacement parts or offer a repair service. All quite dodgy, the owner takes zero accountability or ownership. Save yourself the hassle any buy a legit tap from a legit seller.

Love my hot water tap so much

Great tap, does what it says on the tin; we have instant boiling water when we need it. Delivery was on time, and my plumber tells me it was fairly easy to install. The copper complements the copper/gold accents in my kitchen units and worktop. Only minor issue is that the boiler is quite loud when it’s heating the water but we can live with that given the extremely reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service

I've been delighted with my Olan 4-in-1 tap! It was much more affordable than other multi-function taps on the market and the compact boiler unit was perfect for the limited cupboard space I have. I no longer have to wait for a kettle to boil to make a hot drink, or filter water separately - it's so convenient! I ordered my tap directly from the website and the delivery was prompt. The installation of the tap does need to be done carefully, but the guide simplifies the process with clear steps to follow. I recommend this tap to anyone who is looking for a similar product.

Very poor. A very expensive product, poor quality, and even worse customer service. Tap worked for 12 months, then the boiler broke. I have tried to speak to a customer service rep, nobody will call me back, and cannot get through on the phone number. They only communicate on email and take a week to reply. They will not supply a complaints policy and having been promised a call back a month ago, nothing.
