The 5 stars are for Ahmed, he is fabulous! Helpful, responsive and friendly - when I had given up hope of ever speaking to someone ( multiple phone calls, emails and no response) Ahmed made contact and sorted everything out for us ! Hanstrom need to employ a team of Ahmed’s to sort out their customer service problems - it is too big a job for just one man! Thank you Ahmed

When we had a problem with our Hanstrom tap, within the guarantee time, then they replaced the boiler unit without question.

We brought a hot water tap a year ago and it no longer heats up to the desired temperature I tried to call the company for advise and purchase what was required to mend the boiler part of the tap but there is no customer service. I have emailed the company twice and there has been no response. The product itself is well made but looking at the other reviews has no longevity. Do not buy you will be left with a very expensive cold water tap.

We purchased this tap last June/July and it was fitted with our new kitchen in July 23. It then stopped heating up at the start of May and I have been constantly emailing to get it sorted. I finally got a phone number from them as there isn't one on their website but nobody answers and the message tells you the inbox is full. Customer service is appalling which is a shame as we were very happy with the tap when first installed. Clearly just poor quality from a poor company. Would definitely not recommend them to others.

We bought the Ume - Brushed Brass in July 2023 for our kitchen renovation and we started using it in December. Excellent tap so far, very impressed and it looks great too! A big thank you to Alex, who helped to sort out an issue where the system put through a brushed nickel instead of brushed brass order. He sorted this out immediately.

The boiling tap has stopped working after changing the filter. Gone through trouble shooting page. Rang company and no one picks up. Emailed them and they advised I phone. Tried 6 times and left messages no reply! This unit is supposed to be guaranteed! How do you get hold of someone!

Very disappointed with the hanstrom tap. Just over a year old came back from holiday won’t heat up. Customer service who took weeks to get back to me after several emails a video of the issue and phone calls just said it’s over a year old we can’t do anything about it. I had a Quick Look inside to see if anything was obvious wrong as it does show as been on but nothing but rusty screws obviously shows a quality issue. Very unhappy customer

HANSTROM BOILING WATER TAP and CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE. Order#1446. 4th September 2022. Last email for HELP sent 2nd April 2024. 1st tap broken within 12months which was replaced. 2nd tap broke with a different fault. Contacted again and having spoken with 3 separate people and after several more calls to HANSTOM and emails over 4 months (all logged and available on request) no follow up of any description. Contact number sends to voicemail (saying mail box full) Great looking tap. Unfit for purpose and the terrible lack of Customer service has led to this poor review. Still awaiting contact coming into 5th month. HANSTROM has choosen to stop returning calls or emails and has left us out of pocket and without a functional kitchen tap.
