We bought this unit about 3 years ago. The first one got an E3 error after just over a year. We bought a replacement from them after they offered a discount. It's lasted just over a year and now we have another E3 error! We've changed the filters every 6 months so this is not the issue. Having now read all the reviews we're just going to go with a different brand.

Not the best of products, I have had two failed units and ended up having to take them to court to settle the second issue, which I won. 3 of my friend also bought the same tap and just over a year later the same issue arose with theirs. The old saying buy cheap buy twice springs to mind.

Had a query on a tap before I ordered which they answered really quickly and then when it was fitted I needed a shorter handle, they came back to me so quickly, found me what I needed and sorted it for me so I just had to do one click to pay for it. Really impressed with the customer service 😊
