HANSONSReviews of hansons.com

Didn’t clean up. Lots of mistakes windows crooked, no caulk, broke drywall off. Came back to fix and cleanup didn’t do it right again. Had to come back a 3rd time! One window leaked or condensation inside window hasn’t been replaced yet. Windows installed mid December

Workers left trash and roof debris in my lawn. Did not install soffit vents causing huge ice damns. The roofer fell through the roof and left a huge whole in my dry and thr check they promised to fix it never showed up. Very close to calling an attorney

Not a happy camper

Failure to warn us about problems they knew we would be having. Fitting of shades and Hansons reversed ALL our window openings without letting us know ahead of time. We also have one of our patio screen doors falling apart without us even using it (screen falling out). If I would have know about the problems I would a never had Hansons replace my windows.

The sales process was great. Everything else was at unacceptable levels. I ordered months in advance to avoid swapping windows out when cold out. Didn’t work out that way. They measured 3 times and still got it wrong. I left a message for their VP of customer service. Never called me back. Oh, and I spent over $1,000 per window. Would I do it again? Not a chance.

Hansons is very professional and friendly. My who expiernece was great. The workers are very friendly and professional.

It's simple in that they take of everything start to finish. We have gone thru most of this winter were happy with the quality in R factor and sealing, no leaks. They do a good job for a fair price.

Hanson's put a new slider and 4 Windows in. We can feel the difference in how warm our home feels. They measured everything accurately, and as they installed, cleaned everything up after. We really appreciated Hanson's service. We would have them again.
