I started a $30,000 window repair project over a year ago. it's still not completed because they could"nt get it trimmed properly. (which was confirmed by their own third party installer).Now after one year it is still not finished . if you try to contact these people you get a call center. It's imposable to ger a call back, even After over twenty attempts. The worst run company ever! Run away as fast as you can! BE AFRAID! BE VERY AFRAID!

When I had my windows done by Hansons I thought it was a great deal. Lifetime warranty no extra cost to me. Well not that great. For screen repairs you have to take them to one of their shops. Mine is an hour away. Needed two windows replaced. Tech came out and measured the windows and said it would take 3 to 4 weeks. It took 4 months for them to come back with new windows. The picture window was too small they had to put the old one back in. It had a crack in the middle and marks along the sides from the cutter. One month later they texted me and said my window was ordered. They said it could take two months before I got the new one. I told them it would be winter then. I was told it wasn't their fault. It depended on how backed up the manufacturer was. They would call as soon as they received the window.

We had our siding down a little over a year ago on our home by 1800 hansons. We went with this company after getting several other quotes from other agencies. One of the selling features was the warranty would be transferrable. We ended up going with them and they did a great job. Fast forward to today. I called them to let them know my dog chewed apart a piece of the siding. I was not expecting that to be under warranty since my dog did it and I was expecting to pay whatever it would be to repair it. They told me that even if it wasnt my dog, I do not have any kind of warranty. That is not what is stated in my agreement. I knew right away, that this might go down a legal path since I had a signed contract that said otherwise. Hansons told me they did not have a number to their legal department but would call me later and give it to me. They actually did call me back, but gave me an email address instead which is their customer service email address. They said they would be forwarding the email to their VP. I asked for the VP information, but of course they could not give that to me either. At this point I feel like I am dealing with a very shady company. I am glad I do not have any issue outside of what I have with my siding currently. However, in the future, it is scary to think I paid between 40 and 50 thousand dollars and they are not backing up any of their product or work.

Even though we went with another roofing co. Dealing with your salesman Chris was a complete pleasure. He was very knowledgeable, polite and informative. Spent considerable time with him, but in the end it came down to price since this roofing job came out of my owm pocket.

Installation was fine despite taking longer than initially stated, and a couple of small imperfections. However, after less than one year we have a leaky faucet in the bath/shower. I have placed an online request for service with no response after one month. I have called twice, leaving a message the first time and being told the second time that the service location in my area has closed and my situation would be elevated to management. After one week, still no response. Don't depend on any work from 1800Hansens actually being warrantied.

If i could give them a 0 I would. Run like hell away from them. The salesman, Jeff Stillman lied and misled me, the install team did defective work and I have to take them to court, they are absolutely the worst company ever. For your sake, do not use!!!

I hope to be able to change this review but as of today 7/14/26 we are really frustrated with zero customer service and looking at a possibly defective garage roof after only 22 months! 3 phone calls, 2 service requests submitted, and of those 3 phone calls 2 were to voice mails. Might be time for some investigation into Hanson's because there are way too many of these complaints. Horrid service. Here is my edit: Received several calls from Hanson's CS and a young man was out within 2 weeks. Turns out the roof was fine and he even offered to come back out in 2 years to make certain everything was still perfect. So, at least 4 stars but wish they would have responded faster and communicated better up front....

I purchased windows from Hansons a few years ago. I was sold a lifetime warranty at time of purchase. I recently noticed one of the windows had moisture in between the panes. I attempted to call for service. It's been over 2 weeks that I have called multiple times left multiple messages as well as emailed them. Still no response. Beware prior to purchasing from them they will not honor the warranty. They will give you a run around. There sales rep are no help.
