Had windows installed in September(which dragged on into October)Total nightmare, installers were incompetent, chain smoking, ghetto jerks who were not above stealing the tablet I received from Hanson's, or urinating behind my garage. Eventually the contractor had to re do everything making the job take 6 weeks to install 6 windows. Call 1 800 Anyone but Hanson!

I was really excited to purchase windows from Hansons, but it was nothing but problems after I signed the paper work. First they offer tickets (of course the rep didn't carry on him) to the renaissance festival, which I didn't get until Friday when there was 2 weekends left, which forced me to go to the last weekend. I signed the paperwork early Sept and took till end of Oct to start install (i guess that is normal for them- I sure wasn't told it would take that long). Then as the install started they noticed I was a window short, which you think they would put a rush on- their error- took another 6 weeks. The final thing that was unsatisfactory the TV ads stated no payments till Sept 2018, well guess what Feb 2018 payments started, maybe that was my fault of not looking at the contract and make sure everything promised was on it.

Window quality is great! The installation crew was exceptional. Honestly the wait for installation was the only reason I didn't give a 5 Star review. We bought during the busiest window buying season, and they were busy!!! Hanson's Customer Service was super and the Company went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased.
