June 2023 we had our roof replaced. My husband actually got up on the roof and inspected it. There were many flaws. There was trash left in our gutters. We take pride in how our house looks. The chimney flashing was awful and they use the wrong color flashing. Two weeks later, they came out to fix the mistakes. They had no materials with them to do the job and so they left. That was four weeks ago. I’ve heard nothing from the company since.

Hanson’s just replaced our siding. Their product is great, their customer service is great but the subcontractor they hired, Deo Construction, was terrible. Hanson’s had to send the suits out twice to tell them how to do the job right. They left my yard full of nails. They left saw marks in my deck and driveway, the crew used behind my garage as their bathroom, all of this on top of doing a terrible siding job. We finally told Deo Construction not to come back and Hanson’s sent out their “clean up crew”, aka the guys who knew what they’re doing, to finish the job. It took 6 weeks to reside an 1100 sf ranch and a 24x24 garage. The only reason I rated them as average was because of their customer service. Hanson’s is great if you don’t mind having to babysit their crew.

My deal started back in august 2018 I ordered 18 new windows for the upstairs of my apartment building. After I ordered the upstairs I decided to replace 2 picture windows in the lower apartments. So I placed a call to my salesman that went unreturned so I called the main office in Michigan and ask them to have him call me I wanted to add 4 more windows to my order. Didnt hear anything from him so I made a appointment for him to come to me again which got postponed again. Finally they came and installed all the upstairs and the salesman showed up the next day to talk about the additional windows so 2.5 months after I started trying to add windows he shows up so now a new order told him to late to add to my order so Id pay cash for the 2nd order so we ordered the new windows which I was told I had to pay 1650.00 up front which I did.windows were to be installed before thanksgiving didnt hear anything so started calling finally appointment made for 12/5/2018 for installation get call early that morning saying raining in toledo so they wont be here 65 miles away drizled rain till 10am then sun came out. Never the less rescheduled appointment for a couple weeks down the road (found 2 windows up stairs with broken frames that were installed that way because nobody lives up stairs) when he showed up he was to repair the upstairs windows and install lower ones well he gets here and say they shipped the wrong size windows so he did nothing and left. Since that day be trying to get a understanding on how a salesman a tech and myself can get the same measurement and still end out with the wrong stuff. Now that we have negative temps outside they want to come install which will open a 7ft by 4ft hole while they install. I've been told someone of authority is going to call me to arrange compensation for their mess up but to this day I'm yet to hear from anyone other than the scheduling girls salesman included

We ordered a roof from Hansons on Aug. 18th, 2018. It was finally installed on 10-24-18. The supplies sat in our yard uncovered for at least a week. Thankfully it didn't rain a ton. Was supposed to be installed on 10-22-18 - they called and said the weekend install wasn't complete they'd be there 10-23-18. Well, nobody showed up on 10-23 - no phone call. Supposedly we will get $100 off (won't hold my breath). 10-24-18 we had a crew of guys who couldn't even speak English. Doubt these were Hanson employees. Didn't let us read any paperwork. Asked if they put any new wood down (2 different people) both said "no". So the next day we get a call from May saying they put down 18 sheets of wood and it would be an extra $960. Slight discrepancy there. Not paying any money until this is straightened out. Left two messages for May on Thursday evening and got no phone call back on Friday. I texted our salesman Louis and he said he would check on this. He had no information about new wood. Wonder how our new window install will go. Ordered Sept. 19th. How long will it be?

took a while to get installation. Door wall extremely hard to open and close. as are windows. Told by installer it needs to be worked in. Its been 2 months and is getting worse. Called for service, installer cant make it for another week. Would thought I would get quicker service for such a new buy. Oh well..... Hopefully I can update to a higher rating if things get taken care of. Kind of disappointed. Grateful for the good price follow up though.

Timing was not to what was promised . Once sales man got the sale I had to keep inquiring and calling to follow up on project .

Inside team was great. Installers were great. Salesman did a good presentation- sold us on the Windows but then never returned any of my calls. Very disappointed in his follow up skills. Would give a 5 star rating if it wasn't for him.

The product, installation, and scheduling teams were excellent. Installers were prompt and polite and the product was as described. The scheduling department was flexible, engaging, and quick to respond to calls or questions. I would give these aspects 5 stars. The sales staff, on the other hand, provided incorrect information as to their process and were difficult to contact when problems arose in the payment process. The initial presentation was adequate and the agents were flexible with a last-minute scheduling issue, but once an issue arose with payment, they did not return calls as promised in their presentations nor were they forthcoming with their mistakes and positions. I can only give the sales team 2 stars.
