Friendly helpful folks, nice windows

Quality windows, and great installation

Not real happy being my roof os still not competted properly

Unfortunately, this experience wasn't as good as our first. We were rescheduled several times, albeit for weather, but it seemed we were always the ones bumped. It delayed other work we were having done. When we did get the windows and sliders installed, they weren't able to complete in one day as scheduled. They had to reschedule for the second slider and that wasn't done until a few weeks later. That installer left a mess leaving the packaging materials and boxes on our yard and the neighbor's. None of the windows were calked or finished off properly and the slider has a toe lock that was installed incorrectly so is inoperable. We had been working with customer service to resolve the issue because we had to pay our siding contractor to finish the job Hanson's didn't do. We played phone tag for weeks, but they won't return an email to resolve the issue. I gave it 2 stars because of the quality of the windows and the salesman, Tom are great.

enjoy our window and the workmen were great.. Cleaned up afterwards was great.

I have used Hanson's for the last two years to install several windows, both large and normal. They have come in and measured and than install the window. The crew was kind and cleaned everything up after they were done. I could not ask for better service. Thanks for all your consideration to us as customers.

The roofing job was not flashed as anticipated. In my opinion, only 3 of 7 areas were flashed correctly. The roofers must have been in a hurry? My 1915 Queen Anne style home now looks like a HUD house. Handfuls of nails and piles of debris were left on the driveway and property and city street. Even after they came to clean the second time, I STILL FOUND NAILS ON THE DRIVE? DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO A WINTER ROOFING JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Being a reputable entity, I fully expect Hanson's to modify this job to my specifications and those of the City Inspector.

I feel like three stars is generous, but two stars isn't quite right given the description. The windows that I had installed work wonderfully, however the process of getting them was a total wreck. My salesperson lied repeatedly, didn't give me information, and I ended up having to call in regularly myself to figure out what was going on. When they came to do the install, they didn't have all the information from Hanson's. They were getting ready to leave when I pointed out that they hadn't done the trim around one of the windows that I had paid for. I love the product, I'm not fond of the customer service. I don't feel like I should have to call in every 2 to 3 weeks in order to find out what's going on with my order, my install, and the loan that they helped me get. Eddie of the product itself a rating of 5. And give Hansen's ability to organize, and make things happen, while keeping their customer informed, a one and a half or two.
