The crew that did our roof was wonderful. I would recommend Hanson's to anyone that needs a new roof.

I didn't think the job was complete enough to have me sand and paint. The job required more drywall work, which Hanson's was unwilling to complete. The item #22 wad a very weak and vague way to get out of completing the job. I understand that it might require additional "crack" repair, but it required additional drywall "expertise". Hanson's return $200 to help pay for the drywall repair. Not happy.

Let me say that the windows are very nice. Communication from the company was poor. We had to call and check on the status from order date in October through end of January installation. We were assured by the sales representative that they would be the exact same style/size. So when they were being installed,after they had cut out the old ones, I saw that they were not exactly like the old ones. The installers were very professional and did a great job. The project rep was very nice and helpful, but did not get back to me til three days after project. Need to have one sash replaced that has a stain bled on to window. Originally told it would be about a week. Still haven’t heard anything. Regarding the incorrect sizing; general manager called and offered price reduction but supplier had set sizes. Why didn’t sales rep know this?

Hansons did a great job on our roof. The only downside was how long it took the builders to come out and do the job. Ordered the roof in October and the builders weren't able to come out until the middle of January. After many cancelations and rescheduling due to lack of builders.

They do what you expected to do the job right from the first time with out any problem and fast but the is their price is great for what get. No body beats them because I really try very hard but the truth they are worth every penny you invest no hustle at all Thanks

Hanson's is great. The product is good as is the service. We had windows installed in our upstairs in 2016 and had such a good experience and we loved the windows that we contacted them again in 2017 to do the windows and sliding door in our sun room. We were again, pleased with the service and love the windows. I have recommended them to friends who are thinking about replacing windows.
