Hansons came out I accepted there price financing was approved they came out measured for shingles and told me they would schedule my roof get a call back 2 days later saying they were not wanting to do my roof and cancelled on me. would never recommend Hansons ever

Worst company to deal with! All around POOR workmanship!

These guys quoted me $18,000 for siding and gutters, with high pressure sales. They actually sent in a second person to help at my home! I recd quotes from 4 other companies for under $8,000 for the same work, same materials, and didn't even need to be home to get the quotes. Message me if you want a list, all highly rated on homeadvisor, google and Angie's list. They now offer 6 year financing, and you will need it for their prices. Guess they need to to pay for all their ads and his $1.6M home in Franklin. His address is 30442 S Greenbriar Rd Franklin, MI 48025.

Never never never use 1-800-HANSONS! Portage, MI., or probably any other branch. To start, they overcharge. Never Never leave them alone to finish a job!! My roof was not finished even close to what the salesman and I agreed upon. They'll do whatever they want regardless of what was discussed and absolutely fight you to the death to not have to come back and make it right. Installers were efficient and honest. Can't say the same about the company. If you complain they refer you to someone else and tell you to call him. I'm a paying customer, you know my number. Have HIM call me! That's not going to happen either. BAD BAD way do business. I don't recommend you use them, at all, ever.

WORST ROOFING JOB EVER! First of all, the roofers wanted me to sign off even before I had seen and inspected the job and was quite miffed because I did not. I had to have the roofers / Hansons come back to clean up my yard of roofing debris 4 times! I even went around my yard, my neighbors yards and picked up several garbage bags full. My next door neighbors were very unhappy with all the junk that blew in their yard that they had to clean up. Roof itself still has a few tiles that are not laying flat. I might have a leak in the garage -- am monitoring it to verify if there is one. My neighbor's new roof looks so nice - mine not so much.
