Hanson's did a spectacular Job on my siding but it took so long 4 months from the time I contacted the job to the time they actually got it done. I think that was a bit long.

I would highly recommend them to come in and do your windows. After Sears screwed me over, Hansons came in and gave me a great price and very excellent service. I am looking forward to seeing my new windows in my house very soon. Thank you Hansons for being there for me.

I had a very good experience with Hanson's. I felt no sales pressure, and the salesman genuinely seemed to listen to me regarding my questions and concerns. The installation went very well, handled by Elm Installers. They worked around my 92 year old father, causing him minimal disruption. The guys showed me how to clean the windows and were a pleasure to have around the house. They took the challenges of working on an almost 100 year old house in stride. The windows look great!

This review has to do with a scheduled final appointment inspection. An appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, 18-July 2018. When the person called to schedule the final inspection date I asked her what time would the inspector be at my home. She told me that she did not know. I asked her could she tell me am or pm, maybe between 8am to noon or 1pm to 5pm. She told me know! I responded, you expect me to sit at home all day long with no estimated time frame. She said that she would check and call me back. She, indeed, called me back within 5 minutes and gave me the number to call between 8:30am and 9:30am and talk to the inspector as he/she would have their schedule and would give me a time frame that they would arrive! Incredulous! She actually put the onus on me to contact Hanson’s about what time the inspector would arrive! NO! The onus should have been on the Hanson’s inspector to inform me of what time he/she would be arriving. I had no intentions of calling the number. The inspector did not show up and there was no call saying that he or she had cancelled the appointment. I find this very unprofessional. They would not give me a timeframe as to when they would be at my home so I sat there all day I am thoroughly frustrated and disgusted.

Windows are fantastic and the installers wer awesome. I’d have a Hanson’s anytime.

We had a wonderful experience with 1-800-Hanson's. Our salesman Corey Clouse was amazing, he knew exactly what he was talking about, answered all of our questions, and was a very nice man. I would recommend this company to anyone!!
