One of my Windows now has moisture between panes and HANSON'S won't replace window because they say I'm not in there service area but they put in all new window s 5 years ago for $8000...and now I'm not in there area

I selected 1800 Hansons over another local company because they offered a lifetime warranty and were comparable in price. They installed in January on a 15 degree day and said when we get a nice sunny day it will seal. March came and we had a nice sunny day, but instead, the entire roof buckled. I have been trying to get it fixed for 2 months now. After a month the finally got a crew out who stated that half of the roof needed to be pulled off and completely redone. It’s been a month and no word. I can’t get anyone to answer my calls.

Can’t follow threw. Had windows installed last summer. One of the windows the seal broke and condensation gathers between the glass panes. I got ahold of the warranty department to get them replaced. 4 months later I am contacted to set up an install date. Set it up took a day off work and all they did was set the new windows on my porch and took off. I was home but the incompetent company said I wasn’t and refused to send them back out. Rescheduled for following Saturday against my constant demands to have it done same day. Here it is Saturday and a no show. Hansons Cust service and install company is closed. They can’t hold to any service agreement, zero follow threw clearly junk products. Save your time save your money find another company. Hansons is clearly out to screw over the customer.

Their windows aren't bad, but their installers are untrained and unprofessional. The first team (father and sons) brought their dog 🐕 with them for the day of installation for 1/2 my windows. The second team that installed the remaining windows forgot to Caulk one of my patio doors so the water would enter the room every time it rained. Also I ordered white trim with the second order (to match the windows that they already installed) but the second crew showed up with brown trim.. when I asked why they weren't white I was told it wasn't on my order form but I used the same agent for both orders. The installers told me I could just "paint" them. I ended up calling the sales representative and someone brought white trim out to the crew but they were Not happy.. I think this is why they didn't Caulk the patio door. I wouldn't recommend Hanson's as their Installers are untrained, they are basically whoever Hanson's can get to do the job at the cheapest cost to them and their Customer Service Department is a total joke. They tell you that your assigned a Project Manager that you can call.. but when my patio door was leaking, I emailed my Project Manager but she didnt reply, i called her several times and her voice-mail mailbox was full.. go figure. When I Finally reached someone, i told them that the leak under the door had warped my laminent floor, when the repair crew was Finally dispatched they told me that the door was installed incorrectly and wasn't caulked properly. I asked them about my warped flooring and they suggested I file an insurance claim with my Homeowner's Insurance eventhough they admitted the incorrect installation of their product caused it. So this company does shotty work that causes other damage but they don't believe they should be responsible for any of the repair costs. The sales representative provided me with literature during his sales pitch stating if I had any problems or questions, I could just contact their companie's President (Brian Elias) but I Never heard Anything back from this President even though I sent several emails and called a dozen times (cell 248.990.3883, email - PresidentFeedback at hansons.com). This ruse is similar to Sprint when they provided their CEOs email.. and of course Sprint is now no longer in business. I would Not recommend Hanson's to anyone...

This company is a joke took my 500 dollar check and never did any work said they would send it back and have not do not have them do any work they never call you back either

I had old aluminum Windows. Single pane! I had their triple pane window installed and my gas usages went up!!! Not down. Also the went lazy on the install and ruined my casements and won't fix it. My sill used to be 8 inches deep now they just set the window on by Casement. So I lost all my sill! Hanson just sells a allside window and then sub contracts it out. Don't pay a middle man. Just get a builder who knows what he's.doing The second is what Hanson did! GARBAGE. Run from them please don't make the same mistake I did

This company doesn't communicate with email or texting. They call several times a day and never leave a message. I finally emailed to them to set up an appointment for two days later. They didn't show up because they didn't confirm the appointment. What a joke. They deserve 0 stars for communication.

I had an estimate from Shane New for Hanson's siding. He was so professional. He first texted me to ask if he could come 30 minutes early and take pictures of my house so he could have a 3D model of my house ready for our appointment. He did that, then he showed up on time for our meeting, which I really appreciate. He spent several hours explaining the product and showing me how my house would look. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Shane is a real pro and a good choice if you want to feel comfortable with your purchase.
