Very friendly and helpful

I liked that it was a video call that connected quickly so Monica could see the issues that I was seeing - She moved quickly and didn't appear to be dealing with multiple calls/queries at the same time

We purchased 3 Halo dog collars in November 2024. We began training our dogs around the first week of December. Since then all three collars have critically failed TWICE and required replacement. Today, while we were on vacation and our dogs were in the care of our dog sitter, all THREE collars failed at once and require replacement again. I would estimate that in the last three months, we’ve had the use of each collar for around four weeks. The annoyance factor is overwhelmingly overcome by the fact that when these collars fail, our dogs are unsafe. These collars are a huge investment in both dollars and training. How very, very disappointing and how very, very frustrating. I would not under any circumstances recommend these collars for the safety of anyone’s pets.

Emma was efficient and thorough getting our needs met through our dog park call! Halo has allowed our dogs the freedom to roam acres of land on our homestead, while safely understanding their boundaries!

Monica was very professional, very thorough and explained the process as well as the potential reason why the battery may have failed or the sensor may have indicated a problem. Since no money was mentioned during the call, I am not sure what the charge will be for the replacement of the collar. Hopefully it'll be a covered warranty item, but that remains unknown at the moment.

The halo collar is a great theory and I was excited about its potential. However, they only seem to last about 10 days before I get a critical alert that there is a motion sensor issue. This product is great when it works. However, you cannot depend on it to work.

Samantha was amazing help. She walked me through the steps to try and help me resolve my issue with my Halo collar. When the steps did not correct the problem she explained what needed to be done to start the warranty process. She was very professional, with pleasant demeanor and she was very knowledgeable on the product and processes regarding the operation of the Halo.
