I really appreciate the diligence in sending out replacements when things don’t work as expected!

My collar does not always work perfectly but the customer service at Halo can not be beat! The issue I have is my dog is so fast she can be outside of the fence before the switch from wifi to lte can occur. I have just turned the fences off and track her myself when shes outside. I recently had another issue with my collar. It took two dog park video meetings but Halo is sending me a new collar as mine was malfunctioning. They stand behind their product and customer service is always available. I would recommend using the Halo collar. I had the Hale 3 then replaced it with Halo 4. I've had the Halo 4 for about a year now.
