Shelby B.
Traumatized dog. Angry owner.
UPDATE 6-30-22: Halo has forced me to pay for the restocking fee, despite a defective collar. Just be warned that this is a company - and a product - you should avoid. Just contacted Halo for a return. This collar is accurate only 75% of the time which means my dog is safe only 75% of the time. I have watched this collar indicate the dog is across the road when she is standing on my porch. This morning, after a full charge, the collar shocked/warned my dog 17 times as she cowered against the side of the house. 17 times. She is traumatized and I don't know how I will undo what has been done. I called for a return and was told I would have to pay the restocking fee, no discussion. For a product that is defective, I have to pay??? Shame on you, Halo. I have screenshots of the corrections in the event Halo says it never happened.
