I am writing as this product is absolute garbage. I can’t believe that I spent $700 on something I can’t even return now. The app doesn’t respond despite it being up to date, the collar barely alerts my dog when she’s near the danger zone and the GPS isn’t accurate enough. My dog was shocked when she was standing just feet from the front door despite the fence being very far away. In addition she goes over the fence and the collar does nothing sometimes. It’s confusing her more than anything. I demand my money back on this collar. It’s barely used. This thing is garbage. Total garbage. I’m livid. I think the marketing on this is misleading and the positive reviews are absolutely fake.

We love the collar, our dog now has complete freedom in our 6 acre property and we know if he does for some reason wonder off, we can find him Thank you!

I was hesitant about buying a collar for my young pit bull cross, the training was simple and concise. We managed it easily. She seems quite comfortable wearing the collar, and the ability to bring her to friends yards and quickly set a fence is amazing! I do wish I didn’t have to charge unit each night, and we have had a few instances where she got a correction while safely inside a zone. I also would like to be able to purchase more covers for the unit, or at least send 2 per collar, since they tend to get a bit dirty. I have had the collar about 4 months and would certainly recommend to friends. My pup started training at about 7 months, amazingly in less than 21 days she knew exactly what to do. I live in an area that could never use a wire fence, and this allowed her access to wooded areas in the yard.

We love it…it’s cheaper then a fence and allows both of our dogs to have free rein to a point. It’s also works anywhere we go with them. My pit bull is hard headed and doesn’t listen when she is distracted by something she wants to chase but collar works great on her and our Belgian listens awesome but he forgets his boundaries and he likes to chase rabbits and deer so works on him as well. We live by the river so we have all kinds of wildlife in our yard. Best thing I ever bought and worth every penny!!😁

The collar never worked. The beacon wouldnt communicate with the collar so I couldnt train my dog on it. Halo customer support kept telling me it was user error and to watch more training videos. They refused to give me my money back. Thing has been sitting in the box for 2 years. Run far away from this company

So easy to use and most importantly— effective and reliable !! The training steps were easy to follow. We’ve had multiple occupations where the dogs went running after deer, rabbits , etc but stop short each time they hear the tone for the boundary alert. The dogs’ location is always accurate and I like that I can see them on the map even if I can’t see them directly myself. Love the peace of mind we have with these collars!! One of the best investments we’ve ever made!

We purchased the Halo system for our Golden Retriever puppies because we live in a very rural area. The dogs could easily get lost in the woods. The Halo app is very easy to use. From day one, Halo allowed us the freedom to let the dogs play freely while allowing us to do whatever else needed to be done around the house. We do not even need the invisible fence component at home anymore! The puppies learned the border quickly. The dogs won't even go outside without their Halo collars on now! The invisible fence is also wonderful when we travel because our dogs are not accustomed to traffic or busy streets. It really is a great product!

People are always very helpful and pleasant to work with. Warranty claims are always dealt with quickly. The unfortunate part is the fact that I've had to use the warranty process often enough to know this. But the service provided is always outstanding.
