Aaron was so helpful with my many questions and issues today. He took the time to figure out and troubleshoot the problem resulting in fixing the issue! He was patient in explaining what I needed to do on my end as far as resetting the collar and fixing the app.

Customer support is incredible and they’re very easy to work with. Hours of operation are vast and you can be connected to someone ASAP with little hassle. The halo collar itself has been amazing. There is definitely a learning curve but it’s easy to get past, especially with all the training videos and easy access to tech support. It’s been such a relief to have a GPS on my beagle and it has already paid for itself in reduced stress alone. It has also helped tremendously with training. 10/10 would recommend this product and company to any dog parent.

Before ordering, a customer service rep spent a great deal of time discussing the features with me. After ordering, I needed 2 extra magnetic adapters for my 2 collars, and they worked with me to get me what I needed. I tried to place an order for Remote Beacons, and my 50% discount was not displaying in my cart at checkout, and they spent a considerable amount of time with me to solve the issue. I wasn't sure about purchasing something I knew nothing about, but their Customer Service is fantastic! They are very pleasant and extremely helpful! Glad I made the investment, and would not hesitate to make the purchase again.

Jacqueline was amazing. Very helpful and in less than 5 minutes was able to easily answer my questions and resolve problem.

Connecting with someone was extremely fast and easy. My concerns were heard and then dealt with in an extremely fast manner. It was a very easy process to get my dogs collar fixed and working properly again, no sitting around waiting forever to be given the run around like with other companies!

I cannot say enough good things about the Halo Collar. The training is fantastic, the support is awesome and the product works!
