I have purchases 3 collars. One collar consistently shocks my dog while he is well within range. This has happened on 3 different occasions. I worked with support this week to reset the collar. It just happened again. Also one of my other collars is doing this as of this week. My pups are scared now with this collar on and I worry about its inconsistency and what happens if I am not right beside them to yank the collar off when it gives unnecessary feedback. When the collar works it is great but when it does not, I end up with very scared pups. I will be contacting support again but at this point do NOT recommend purchasing this product.

The support from Halo team has been great. They take their time to walk through all trouble shooting issues to help resolve your collar issues. It did not work for mine but Support was very helpful and after troubleshooting did not work, he got me another collar on its way so my family member can stay safe while outside enjoying himself. Thanks Aaron and the Halo Team!

We do not like the inconsistencies in the GPS and the fact that our dog gets shocked for no reason sometimes, he actually gets scared, it’s so sad! We’ve trouble shooted with the agents several times and we do feel like we are slowly getting there. We aren’t still comfortable with letting Moose out on his own and replying just on the collar, this is our end goal!

Great customer service! I am waiting for a replacement collar, but the customer service rep I spoke with was extremely helpful and took care of the issue quickly.

5+++ stars for Aaron, and his associates David and Tim, for working courteously and professionally to solve a multi-layered problem. They are all knowledgeable and committed to resolution. When the collar is working, it is AMAZING...like magic! The warranty is solid. That being said, issues in packing/shipping leave me in a situation where I don't yet have what I need to have a functioning collar. The dog with wanderlust is living her best life as an escape artist.

Great customer service! I had an issue with my dog getting feedback when she wasn’t near her fence. Tiffany took time to fix the issue and to make sure everything was working right and then some. Great product with great customer service…couldn’t be happier.
