This 100% works for me! Worth every penny! Life changing for the relief it has given me! Highly recommend, wish I knew about this years ago.

The tightening nob just broke today
This was my mistake, I had given this product a 2-star review because the tightening nob had broken (which has been the only flaw, the product has really helped with my neck pain), but I had forgotten that it has a 1-year warrantee--again, my mistake not theirs. I'm going to submit a request for a replacement.
