The product is very low quality and not worth the expense. Worse than their products is their customer service. They first refused to refund me for the product when I attempted to return it the day I received it. They continue to lie and falsify documents and testimony. This company is absolutely horrendous with no ethics or morals. Edit: continuing with the lies in their reply. Accusing me of illegal substance abuse! And I photos and video of the return product. I illegal substances are surely their own.

This is absolutely false. We fully refuinded You for your return which was smelling weed all over it, full of pet hair, completely filthy with mising packaging. Despite the fact we clearly stated return the product LIKE NEW condition in accordance with our policy.

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM! I ordered this in NOV as a Christmas present and it we delivered mid DEC. when we opened and tried it, we were not satisfied with the quality of the product. It is very cheaply built and gets stuck in one mode. Upon notifying them the day after Christmas we were told they ONLY accept returns w/in 14 days (regardless of it being a Christmas gift or not working). I was forced to open a CC dispute to get my money back. Beware of this SCAM. ***updated after their response: you can have it back. It’s a cheap piece of plastic and doesn’t even work. I had to dispute with my CC to get resolved. They agreed your company is a SCAM and refunded my money. Again, if u want it back let me know I’m happy to send it

Your order was passed our return timeframe and was not eligible for a refund according to our refund policy that you agreed upon while purchasing the product. Honoring our store policy is not SCAM as you put it! However keeping the product and opening the dispute to get refunded is a SCAM by any standard.

Maybe you should be more genuine to purchase online and not using a fraudulent method to get refunded and keep the product. The way you act proves the level of communication you pocess.
