halipax.comReviews of halipax.com

I received my product very fast. Five stars I’m still not sold on the product. I’ve only used it a few times. It just didn’t seem to have enough power to relieve the tension in my neck. I loved the heat element with the massage. Unsure 🫤?

Excellent delivery - great device and looking forward to it helping me going forward I did use it but it gave me some neck pain - I suffer with that and head pain too -that’s why I bought it - but thinking I used it for too long rather than gradually building up the time using but I will start again with only perhaps 3 mi utes and build gradually

The device does its job my neck and shoulder pain is much better! Just wish the operation instructions were easier to follow it’s too confusing to many modes and each mode is divided into 3 other modes I have to remember what A,B,AB are for!

item works well- 4 herniated disc and two older arthritic transverse process fractures- highly recommend

This was my mistake, I had given this product a 2-star review because the tightening nob had broken (which has been the only flaw, the product has really helped with my neck pain), but I had forgotten that it has a 1-year warrantee--again, my mistake not theirs. I'm going to submit a request for a replacement.

Ordering simple, logic

Very efficent had product very quickly and it works very well

Satisfaite du produit, mais j'aurais aimé savoir qu'il y avait des frais à la livraison
