Where's my Packsge??
I received an email today indicating that my package was delivered to my front porch. . However......No package to be found at my address. I'm now concered.

The product is less effective than…
The product is less effective than portrayed in the advertising. This item does not actually 'stretch' the neck the way it shows in the ads. Disappointed. Delivery and communication were good.

Not a reliable product
It no longer produces steam after about 6 months of twice daily use. It has been inconsistent in steam production, sometimes working as advertised, but more often failing to deliver steam to both eyes at the same time. At best, it is for occasional use, not therapeutic relief of dry eye disease.

It doesn't work correctly
It doesn't work correctly. The first extension doesn't extend and the electrodes on the unit doesn't always work on the neck. They are intermittent. I do not have a way to contact the company to have the nit replaced.
