However, for hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products that have been used are not eligible for a refund return. In cases involving a used personal care item, we offer an exchange when applicable. We understand this may not have been the outcome you expected, but the same policy applies to all customers and is in place because these products cannot be resold once used.
