I have bought a lot of products, spent a lot of money and receive ONLY Iinstructions in CHINESE LANGUAGE!!!!! ...It is weird that when you sell on social media you use english language but when bought, no manual in english!

Tried to return it but the crazy return policy was WAY too restrictive. Bought it for my wife for Christmas. Bought it obviously early. By the time she tried it, didn't fit, and didn't like that it didn't really work right, it was too late to return it. Also, if you can't try it first, how would you know if you do or don't like it? Terrible return policy. Terrible. Never seen worse, and it costs you additional business. I won't buy from you again.

There was an issue with the Cervical Traction device and they were able to remedy the device and make it useful very quickly.

I still believe this company is a scam. Do your research and decide for yourself, but there are legit reasons to believe this. Beware!!
