Product is well packaged. Pricing was misleading making it twice the advertised price as currency wasn't specified. One would assume local currency if you have already selected region. Most disappointingly product doesn't actually do what it says it will. Needs longer power cable so it could be used more efficiently. Really disappointing.

I had a catastrophic throat injury in 2019 that has been debilitating. My neck has been curved wrong since an accident 40 years ago and was compounding my issues with cervical bone spurs pressing on my larynx. I decided to try this traction and I cannot tell you how much it has saved my life! I’m only 2 weeks in,15 mins a day, and wondering why none of the many doctors who have treated me ever mentioned traction. Lifesaver and I’ve been evangelizing to everyone! Visiting my bff and she’s ordering hers today. I noticed she can’t turn her head very far due to stenosis. Thank you a million times over!

They refused the return-guarantee without any reason. Edit to your reply: You first gave me an address in the USA...later on an address in Australia. That alone seems dubious. Thus, you make a return knowingly uneconomical. The costs I would have to bear almost exceed the value of the goods. You have sent the goods from Germany (my country of residence). When I asked why I could not return the goods to the same address, you reacted negatively. In short, you have interpreted your "guarantee" in such a way that it is tantamount to a rejection. And that with full awareness.

My son is a high school football athlete in Texas and the heat is extreme here so having the leg compression system from Halipax has been perfect for him. He is able to recover quickly and get back to playing in his 7-on-7 league or participating at a high level at their SAC Camp. This is just a great product.

Couldn't use the item due to medical reasons. And being charged quite a but to return. Wouldn't recommend device or company since they seem to only be about money.

Not what I expect from a company that tall so highly of your product. I don’t need store credit I wanted my item refunded . Not recommending your product to anyone

Don't buy from this company. I have bought a machine from them, the product came from China, and they were not able to provide the CE certificates to pass the customs to enter in Europe. The product was returned to China and I never received the product or the reimbursement. They owe me 250 dollars since October 2022, and they don't reply my emails or my whatsapp messages. Stay away from Halipax!
