Price is higher than other places

Ordered a product paid 154U$D received the shipment with customs charges and other 90 U$D, tried to contact them but there is always an automatic replies, no operators, tried to send them emails but they reply standard and not to the requests. TOTALY SCAM SITE AND YOU FIND THE SAME PRODUCTS ON ALI EXPRESS MUCH CHEAPER, DON NOT BUY FROM THEM

I wish I had read these reviews before parting with my money. Very cheap quality and constantly malfunctions. I ordered a Ultrasonic Scrub Device and its junk. The website is good marketing but this item is a huge disappointment both in quality of the device and performance. Packaging was the first red flag as the instructions to the item were printed on a small paper thar looked like it was printed at home. Save your money.

DROPSHIP SCAMMERS. Do yourself a favor and reverse image search their products. All of the ones I checked can be found on AliExpress or Alibaba. They're charging nearly 500% markup for junk. If you try to contact them their contact form and chat function goes to no-one, they only respond to an email they hide at the bottom and use this as a way to say you didn't contact them. Also they're located in AUSTRALIA not the US. So even if you're item is broken they expect you to pay hundreds to return it overseas. Dishonest people. Deserve to be in jail honestly.

I purchased a cold laser device. It arrived promptly. Upon turning it on, I hear a tone. When set to 100% power, the tone pulses on and off. The product description does not disclose this, and I cannot use a device that makes sounds. I have called and left a voice mail, I have emailed, and I have initiated an online chat, all with no response. It has been a week since I first reached out. Do not buy anything from them and take your hard earned dollars elsewhere. This company has no support and they will ignore you. If their customer service is this bad, I cannot imagine their products are legitimate or can be trusted. UPDATE, 5-1-2023: After a week, I finally received the response below, as well as an email. Both responses surprisingly implied that I was being dishonest about saying I had tried to contact them. So I have sent Halipax my phone logs and my Chrome browser logs to show them that I did indeed submit help requests via their Contact Us page, their automated chatbot, and my phone. I also sent them a video. Clearly replying to "almost" all their customer communications is not good enough. And it reflects very poorly on their customer service, and their company, to suggest a customer is lying. UPDATE, 5/19/2023: Halipax worked with me to find a reasonable solution that I am content with. I changed the title of my review and increased the rating from 1 to 2 stars to reflect this. I had to put a lot of time and effort into resolving it, I was treated as if I was not being truthful, and I was disappointed by the device, which is why I have not scored them higher. I cannot say whether the device provides relief, as I did not use it once I turned it on and heard the sound. It may be that the sound will not bother some people, and Halipax informed me that they "sell thousands of these units and have never had any issues with any of them." On the positive side, once I finally connected with them, they did not ignore me and response time to my emails was reasonable. Although their packaging could be more robust, their shipping is fast and provides frequent updates.

On March 7, 2023, I purchased two items from this company costing $179.00 a piece totally $ 332. and change. I never received a tracking number nor would anyone reached out to me by my email sent out to them. I will update this review when or if the product is delivered. Finally, I discovered that this company was created in 2019 which was the start of the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g. joblessness) which gave me a chills up my spine. As promised an update on my purchase from Halipax. I emailed the company today (March 9, 2022) and a customer service representative emailed me back promptly with the requested information. I will notate again when I receive the purchase and give a review.

Bought the laser treatment...good results were there in about a week. I think those who badger this product are either not using it correctly or maybe they are their competition who cannot compete fairly.
