I would and do recommend Halifax to everyone!!!!!

Definitely is helping my back! Great purchase!

I had issues and I emailed about them repeatedly and no one cared to answer. I paid good money for a piece of equipment that I cannot use since it makes my neck issues worse and my arms go numb

It was not made clear when I ordered the product that THIS WAS NOT A RETURNABLE ITEM…. maybe the fine print when I received it said something? Hard to know if you like a product without trying it…. Then I was offered a 20%in store credit ( for what? Another product I couldn’t return?). That policy should have been in large print along side the price!! Would not order from this company again!

The agent helped straighten out a shipping issue cordially and expeditiously. It was the kind of customer service that makes you want to buy from them again. Thank you for your courtesy and kind understanding.

What an exceptional product. I have had ongoing neck pain for decades since a roll-over car wreck with injuries and eventual surgery. Halifax really works to ease and abate my worst pain, and wow—it helps me sleep so much better. Thank you Halifax!

The product took a whole month to get to me when I needed it sooner. I found it a cheap looking and complicated product to use for my legs and feet. I wish I could have sent it back! Carole

Halipax device is the bridge between the chiropractor and I. I live in a remote area when my neck is off and the doctor is five hours away on goes the device. It stretches my neck and pushes in from behind forcing the curve to be achieved. Ten years of chiro care could not achieve what Halipax has done for me, to deal with my forward head posture. Amen to this device. I must add whoever built the brace knows what excellence is all about. Thank you both very much!!
