Zaitoon umrahReviews of hajartravels.com

I have used Hajar travels twice, Umrah package with my family and then for my personal trip to Dubai and Pakistan. Reason for going with them for my personal trip was entirely based on my experience with them from the past trip. The team was friendly, organized, and always quick to help with any questions both before and during travel, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. From flights to ground transportation to accommodations, all the details were handled smoothly, and I felt really taken care of the whole way. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone planning their next trip!

This company is unreliable and did not deliver what was included in the Umrah package. We did not even receive an Umrah guide, which shows how poorly the services were handled. I would not recommend booking with them.

Abid Hussain was a great helpful guy. Worked with us for a while until he found what was good for us. Both our hotel in Medina and Mecca were great. Everything was perfect arrangement drives were on time. We had our touring guy for each place we visited. Hajra Travel was great thanks for all the team members.

I wanted to thank you for organizing our Umra trip so nicely. Overall, it was a beautiful experience, and we really appreciated your help. There were a few small things we didn’t fully agree with, but we understand these things can happen. Fahad organized everything in the USA very well, handled all the paperwork smoothly, and always answered my questions very quickly. He is truly an expert in his field. The hotels were high quality and very close to the holy places. Our Makkah guide, Muhammet, did an amazing job explaining all the holy places and helping us perform everything correctly. Thank you, Fahad, Hamza, and Muhammet, for your kindness and support. May Allah reward you all.

Assalamualikum, since you mentioned earlier that it’s refundable and going to refund the money on October. As of now I am still waiting for the refunds and I am not getting any responses on messages or emails. Inshaallah we all believe in Allah.

I booked through this company for premium package. Extremely extremely disappointed. 1- their prices are way higher than market rates 2- if any difficulty or issues arrive with bookings or travel plans, they absolutely just walk away and you are on your own. I had $8000/- 1 person package and service was awful. 3- i had second time booked with them for just visa and not full package. The people charged double for the visa . They were not transparent that us citizens have visa on arrival. Then the guy didn’t get me the visa on time.i boarded flight without visa when he just asked me to get it on arrival. And since 2024 ramadaan, to this day, nov 2025, i have been following up with them for refund and they just keep me on the hook without any progress. They are not refunding the money eventhough i had texts from their employee that it will be immediately refunded but they never did . May Allah burn their business and money that they earn with cheating. May that money be of no use that they accumulate through stealing. I am gonna make dua that this money stand against them in Akhirah and May Allah make them pay for it in akhirah. I told them my brother passed away. Please just followup and return , but no. I kept emailing , calling texting, they want me to get tired n forget. Allah never forgets. They are in business for umrah and haj, and subhanAllah they find it okay to cheat. Think if huzoor mohammadd SAW would have been okay with this? If umar RA would have tolerated this injustice and cheating. Allah knows you guys exploit and then extremely difficult to get in tough with if there are issues. Will never book through this company again.

The trip to Mecca/Medina for Umrah with two of my friends went smoothly . Brother Fahad Zaeem of Hajar Travels did a wonderful job, from getting our visas, flight tickets and ground transportations were all seamless and the price was amazing. We were able to contact him when needed. I will recommend him and Hajar Travels to my friends and family for Hajj and Umrah. Our trip was 10/15/15- 10/24/25.

Brother Fahad Zaeem went all out to deliver a wonderful stress free journey to Mecca and Medina for Umra for two of my friends and I. the ground transportation to all activities and between all airports was truly efficient and on time, he put us in a 5star hotel and most importantly the price was excellent aside pricing , he took his time to answer all questions and rectify what needed to be adjusted, this is my 2nd time traveling with Hajar group, I’ve actually recommended him to quite a few more of my friends! NB: the whole trip was 7 nites! Kudos to the transportation team and especially Bro Fahad Jazakalah Kair Bro Fahad @ Hajar travel!
