I been meaning to write this review, but got busy. This was my first time booking for umrah and Hajartravels made it so much easy. Sister Hubaiba was always available to answer any questions. I went with my parents and my lil daughter, was very scared how things would turn out. Alhamdulillah on reaching SA, the tour guide and the Hafiz, coincidentally both have the same name were very helpful and made the entire experience pretty stress free. I would definitely recommend them and would book with them again in the future, insha’allah!!

best umrah experience ever, i was part of last ashra umrah group. very nice hotels. Medina one was incredible and was on front of mosque. Br Nouman and Br Samad did incredible job. definetly recommended these guys.

Anees Shahid reached out about my plans for Umrah. He helped me search for good travel package. I will be making a comprehensive review when I eventually go for Umrah. I have it will be as smooth as the experience I have had so far.

Highly disappointed- they offered me certain hotels for makkah and madina, and i was going with a different agent due to better hotels. They told me that they’ll give me the same hotels. One day before my flight, i had no details from them about my hotel, driver, etc. i asked them to email me hotel confirmations, and they emailed me only names of the hotel, one of which was the original hotel they were trying to give me and i disagreed on. However, i let it go as i got at least one of the hotels we agreed upon. 2 hours before checking into hotel, i got a message that our hotel is the same hotel they were giving us before vs what we agreed on. Ruined my umrah experience because they lied from day 1 and it made me sad that i relied on them. Their on ground transportation was very fragile too. A random whatsapp number may message you that i am your driver out of nowhere. Very disappointed

I had à great expérience with this travel agency. Brother Shazim was very good to me and made himself available for me and my wife with any questions we had. Overall the umrah expérience was really great.

Assalamualaikum, First, I want to thank sister Hubaiba Farooq for her help and support. We booked our Umrah package with Hajar Travels and sister Hubaiba helped us with the bookings. She customized our package as I wanted. She was very patient and understanding. I had so many questions as it was my first umrah and She alway called back/emailed with answers. Flights was great, hotels for both Makkah and Madniah was top-notch and very close to masjid al haram. Transportation service was great, they communicate very well, was on time. I will definitely book again with Hajar Travels, inshallah.

Alhamdulilah May Allah accept our Umrah.I traveled with my wife. I want to start with sister Hubaiba was excellent, very patient, and understanding. Always calls or email back asap. The hotels for both Mecca and Medina were great. Overall was great. Nouman was also good and helpful. I want Hajartravels to work on on-the-ground communication well and the person leading on the ground to have who in the group. If I am doing Umrah in the future, I will use hajratravels and recommend it to family and friends.
