Quick to answer phones - great customer service. Reasonable service fees and super convenient. I have only had one relatively small issue which was resolved quickly. Great bank for a small business!

The speed at which my request was handled was awesome! I needed a document put together for another vendor and I had it fast which helped me get back to what I need to do run my business. Kudos to the grasshopper team and all the great processes you have put together

Prompt and Kind Customer Service
I made my first major payment and Grasshopper's security team promptly notified me and ask me to verify the payment to ensure it was me. I was really grateful for the security and the kindness of the team that reached out.

Great bank for small businesses!
We’ve had Grasshopper for several months now and love it! Great options, clean interface, and super helpful, available customer service - I love that you can talk to a person if you need help!
