I ordered stools. They were supposed to be in stock. It took over five weeks for them to ship. When they arrived one was damaged. I took pictures and emailed them. Two days later, nobody responded yet. Follow up, they made good and sent a new one immediately. And, they let me keep the damaged one at 30% discount.

I bought side tables that were supposed to be outdoor tables. Spent over $500 on them. Before one year has even passed, they are now peeling terribly as if they were never supposed to be outside. I contacted them and they will not let me get my money back and return them. They lost a good customer today.

Excellent Customer Service with Grandin Road. I had a broken bird from the Birds of flight Wall Decor grouping. Sabrina Cearley (Product Specialist) was prompt and professional with her response in getting a replacement. With her assistance, my grouping is now compete - I love it. Thank you, Sabrina!

Grandin road had great customer service when my chairs arrived defective. They prepaid for the return shipping/ pick up and promptly refunded my purchase. Product was easy to assemble and had no missing parts. Quality of product seemed good overall apart from the problem with uneven leg for the chairs I received.

I ordered 5 counter stools. They gave me a price lower than I expected and the product was shipped and received 5 days early. Got it in 3 days!! Love my stools

Never again.... I ordered a table lamp in December. Just got notified I should receive it in March. Are you kidding me? After reading other reviews, this is par for the course with this company.

First time ordering from this company (GR). After I placed my order - I paid with an existing credit card - my LifeLock account quickly notified me that a credit check by Comenity/GR had been run through Equifax. I was suprised as I had not applied for a Grandin Road card. I immediately called GR to ask why - no coherant answer was given. I asked to speak to a Manager and was transferred to 'E'. She told me that they would investigate and call back. 3 days later and no callback. Luckily for me, Equifax did not process the inquiry.

Absolute worst online company I’ve ever worked with. Ended up canceling the order after they notified me that it would take six months to receive. This is after a hellish time I had ordering the product. With all of the other 1 and 2 star reviews I saw online, I’m shocked they’re still in business.
