Placed an order. A short time later, I had to cancel the order because my client changed their mind. They refused to do it immediately. It would be at least a week before they would do it. They claimed that is was because they used an outside vendor. I couldn't care less who they used. I paid them. They can cancel the order. It doesn't take a week to do so. Also, once the item was produced, it would be non-refundable. They were just trying to delay until the item was made, then claim they couldn't refund the order. Scam.

Wow, what an experience. I ordered a Christmas tree and wound up sending it back the day after it was delivered. Getting the right amount refunded and in a timely manner was a huge hassle. The CSRs were fine, but it takes a long time to reach them, and like I said, getting the entire amount I was owed back was quite a challenge and took repeated calls and several weeks.

I would give a negative if possible, I placed an order in August. My delivery date has been changed three times, and now it’s expected to ship Oct 16. I attempted two times to reach customer service which never picked up, sent an email to c.s. And never got. Reply, and just now did their online form to cancel. This is absolutely the worst customer service. Not being able to reach a live human being, sending me constant emails to change the ship date. When I ordered it never stated they were on back order. Given the opportunity, I would not order from them again.

What is wrong with this company!! PLEASE SELL YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE THAG CARES AND CAN RUN IT PROPERLY.. I am so tired of paying top dollar for decor and waiting months and months for deliveries (delays and delays!). Get your warehouse and supply chain under control for Christs sake…. Such as shame because some items are absolutely amazing and unique…. Get it together please.

I received a table 4 times broken!!! Never once did they offer a refund. They kept returning and shipping me a new one. Each one broken in half. When I asked for a refund they gave me shipping that’s it.

If I could a 0 I would. Purchased a tapping witch more than 12 months ago and the face has disintegrated when hung in the window for Halloween. This was not a cheep item, the company is still selling this item. After speaking with Grandin road no help getting a new one. This item is not made well for the price. It should have cost 19.99. Don’t waste your money!!!

I purchased the Felt Corner Spider Web based on the product description, which clearly stated that it was intended for outdoor use. The product photos also show the matching spider hanging from the web, which led me to purchase both items together. Unfortunately, the web is made entirely of felt and is unable to support the weight of the spider featured in the product images. When I attempted to attach the spider as shown, the web tore immediately. I returned the item and have contacted customer service multiple times to request a refund. However, I have repeatedly been told that the issue is with the "warehouse," and my refund request continues to be denied. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a result, I have been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to recover my money. Considering that I paid $110.19 for what ultimately proved to be an unusable felt decoration, I find the lack of customer support unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will not be making future purchases from this company. The product did not perform as advertised, and the customer service response has been very disappointing.

Do NOT purchase unless you are 100% sure you want the item. You will have to pay for shipping back for return PLUS the original shipping to you even if you received free shipping. Spent hours on hold on 3 separate days waiting for customer service. Spoke to several different agents who said they would process my return. I will NEVER buy from them again.
