Grandin road had great customer service when my chairs arrived defective. They prepaid for the return shipping/ pick up and promptly refunded my purchase. Product was easy to assemble and had no missing parts. Quality of product seemed good overall apart from the problem with uneven leg for the chairs I received.

Great high quality products ( bedding, home decorations and outdoor products). I have had shipping issues and items broken in shipping which is the reason l didn't give a Five Star. The quality of products and customer service is top notch, however I had issues ordering online and had to call my order in. Overall I am very happy with all my products. I wish they would have better discounts.
