Go Real TravelReviews of gorealtravel.com

This is my 2nd time utlizing the talent and knowledge of GoRealEurope and I just can't say enough regarding the excellence of service I received on both trips. Both my trips were multi-country and the transition from place to place was seemless! The car services, train tickets, buses all were coordinated perfectly. The guides and driver's we had were fabulous. We had to make a medical emergency landing on our flight to Germany which caused some glitches on missed flights. One email to GRE was responded to immediately regarding notifying our car pick up service and hotel of our delay. Excellent is the review I give. Andrew Barton once again planned us perfect centrally located hotels with awesome staff and accomodations. Thank you, thank you!!

Without a doubt, we would highly recommend Go Real Europe to anyone looking to have a fabulous trip to Europe. We came across GRE while searching online for information about travelling to Vienna to visit our daughter who is doing a fall university exchange there. We knew we wanted to visit other cities and GRE's suggested trip to Berlin/Prague/Vienna/Budapest fit the bill. After quickly and easily getting connected to our travel consultant, Myles, we worked with him to tailor the trip to our needs. This included really honing in on the types of hotels we wanted to stay in and some additional requests to include food tours in two of the four cities. Also, Myles was amazing in arranging, on short notice mid-trip, for our daughter to accompany us on the Budapest leg of our trip. What really stands out about GRE is their attention to every last detail so that you can focus on enjoying your trip and not having to think about all of the logistics. The detailed itineraries, train tickets, public transit tickets/passes including instructions on how to use the transit systems in the different cities, hotels located in fantastic and central locations, private transit where that made sense, and more. We moved between cities and around cities with such ease, it was painless. GRE also selected amazing private guides who not only taught us so much about each of the cities and their rich histories but also were tasked with orienting us to each city and how to use the public transit systems; we had some of the best guides we've ever had. We've used travel consulting firms before but GRE took it to another level and we will definitely be using them again!

Go real Europe is an excellent Travel company for European Trips. We asked them to help plan a visit to Italy (Milan), Prague, Vienna and Budapest. They planned an extensive interesting visit to each city with excellent tour guides, dependable and on time drivers to take us to hotels and airports, procured train tickets, booked the best hotels in the downtown areas. I worked with Myles Reiger and he was very supportive to our individual wants and needs for each city. The price was very reasonable and Myles was very responsive emails and phone calls. The travel guide he forwarded to our hotels was excellent and informative. We learned so much history and saw all the most important sites and some out of the way sites that most tourists miss. His easy to follow directions made use of the public transportation and he even included trolly, bus, and metro passes to get around easily. We were very pleased with the personal care we received at Go Real Europe and would use them again on our next European visit.

Excellent trip. Everything made as easy as possible without them holding your hand. Really enjoyed all of the sites we visited in eastern Europe and the guides were magnificent and personable. All one on one walking tours. Will definitely use them again in the future as they add more sites.

Our recent trip to Central Europe was a wonderful experience from the start of planning to our departure home. Every contact we had with Go Real Europe was conducted with courtesy and professionalism. Clay, our travel consultant, worked with us to plan a trip tailored to our interests, needs, and budget. All of our hotels were very comfortable, well-located, and good value. We got clear and helpful instructions on how to find our trains and use a ticket machine--the type of barriers that can make foreign travel frustrating were all eliminated. We were provided with great maps and pre-paid transit tickets that saved us a lot of time. All of our drivers were prompt, very personable, and expert. Our private guides, Mathew, Angelica, and Janna were all very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We strongly recommend GoRealEurope.

Absolutely best trip. Everything went so smoothly. Every guide was excellent and knowledgeable. Every transfer was on time. We would definitely use go real Europe again without question and refer them to our friends.

Jared at Go Real Europe arranged a delightfully memorable trip for 3 of us (a couple plus a friend) in October. We visited Budapest, Vienna and Salzburg. All the directions and instructions were thorough and well thought out, down to the smallest detail - it was great to have public transport tickets provided for the cities along with detailed instructions on how to use them. The guided tours were especially fine, and the guides both knowledgeable and enjoyable to be with. Also the self-guided suggestions were very helpful in seeing the highlights in each place. I am grateful to Jared for encouraging us to visit Berchtesgaden; it was picture-postcard alpine scenery and well worth the trip. Our hotels were very comfortable (the one in Vienna was elegant!) and all provided excellent breakfasts. Our travelling companion would have liked more participation in room selection (as single rooms can be unpredictable); but happily the choices were very satisfactory. We had one hiccup in Salzburg when we found that the room for the couple had been booked for the wrong nights; however the hotel had space and we were accommodated in a very short time. We loved the trip! I would recommend Go Real Europe for a trouble-free and exciting travel experience. We hope to use them again.

My wife and I recently returned from a 15 day trip to Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Budapest and Krakow. Clay Copeland of Go Real Europe (GRE) worked with us in planning our trip. Clay was great. He promptly and intelligently answered our questions and addressed our concerns. GRE's concept is wonderful. One completes an online questionnaire indicating the cities to be visited and desired interests and activities and hotel and inter-city travel preferences. A custom itinerary is then prepared and made available to you for consideration. The traveler can then revise and fine tune the itinerary to accommodate special preferences and changes. We added a guided bike ride in the Czech Republic countryside (with Petr who made it a special experience), a Danube afternoon river cruise outside of Vienna, and a free day in each of Berlin and Krakow (during which we undertook genealogical research). We traveled between most cities by train. Each transfer, whether from or to an airport or train station, was seamless. The drivers were on time and professional in all respects. We requested a private walking tour in each of the cities, but for Vienna. The guides were impressive, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. It was a pleasure spending time with each of them. GRE's suggested activities in each city were voluminous. We found that we could not visit all suggested venues and sights, but the descriptions of each activity provided by GRE helped us plan our days. We wanted to experience local transit between intracity locations. GRE provided us with local transport tickets, as well as location and use instructions that at first seemed complex, but were clear once you were physically at a location and were able to view the surroundings. We did not rely on GRE's restaurant recommendations, but for one in Vienna, which proved to be a special find. The only major glitch was a museum that we planned to visit that had a three day advance ticket purchase requirements of which we (and I guess GRE) were unaware. Instead we visited another museum which ended up being a highlight of the trip and preferable to the museum that we had originally intended to visit. We have previously traveled on organized tours. GRE allows you to abandon the regimented tour and "do it yourself". Their representatives are truly available by email and phone prior to departure and while travelling to answer questions. We hope to use their services in the future.
