What a great company. Great DETAILED directions, maps, accurate bookings, reasonable price, excellent hotels, and all the research hassle and time taken off of our shoulders. Their planning made our trip effortless. We don't like the scheduled tours by bus. Just not enough flexibility or freedom for us. GoRealEurope provided the ideal solution for us and just for the record, we aren't youngsters. We are Seniors. We will use them again in the very near future.

Just back from a perfect GoRealEurope-planned holiday in Budapest-Vienna-Prague. Clay and his colleagues were helpful, flexible and gave us good advice, including the order in which to see the three cities. All drivers, guides, train tickets, tram tickets, directions & recommendations spot-on. Thank you Clay and the GoRealEurope team. Would have no hesitation to work with this group again on a future trip. Oh and we absolutely loved all three cities. Turns out September is peak season for tourists in Vienna and Prague (according to our guides) so be prepared for crowds if you go at this time of year. We did not mind but, as recommended by the GoRealEurope detailed itinerary, pre-booking some excursions is a must. We had no issues and saw everything we wanted to.

Clay helped us plan a recent trip to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. Every driver and tour guide was prompt and courteous. The tour guides were knowledgeable and approachable. All hotels were conveniently located and included appetizing breakfasts. Our only difficulty was following the map in Vienna and got lost a bit. The directions for getting to Melk from Vienna we’re not as easy as most directions in packet. Some suggestions for Go Real...Review the subway info on what the overhead signs should say (leaving from Karlsplatz) and give more specifics on how many flights to travel up or down once reaching the train station. We missed a train because we couldn’t find anyone who understood English well enough to help us. Also, emphasize that cruises do not leave every hour on the hour, but rather, are limited times so travelers know they must plan accordingly (we thought the schedule included was a partial one). Once we arrived in Melk, we were directed to the large cruise ship area instead of the area for small boats...the signs were unclear. We loved the cruise from Melk to Krems but because of train delay and misdirections, we had no time to visit the monastery. Although we had some traveling issues, we loved all we did in Vienna. The entire trip was professionally planned for us and we look forward to our next Go Real Europe experience. L. Friedman

We were quite impressed with Go Real Europe and our consultant, Karolina. We traveled to Poland, Prague, Budapest and Croatia and there were a couple of minor incidents along the way, but all in all I would recommend the company to anyone!

Simply the best! My wife and I have traveled to Europe on a number of occasions and have put together the trips on our own. We decided to take a flyer and put our adventure plans in the hands of Go Real Europe; in general, and specifically in the hands of Clay. Boy, were we happy with the results. In our opinion the beauty of the Go Real Europe model is twofold. Number one being the customer-specific itinerary with no tour buses or group tours. Secondly, attention to detail. The customer-specific itinerary is tailor-made to individual tastes and travel plans as opposed to form-fitting individuals into a pre-established mold. The attention to detail removes, in our humble opinion, the issues which can cause the most anxiety to travelers. We had no worries about hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, travel guide bookings and no worries about itinerary details. Again I reiterate that Go Real is simply the best and there is no one in second place. We did not have one hiccup worth mentioning and did we mention what an incredible job Clay did in creating and supporting us all along the way. Clay even arranged to have brunch with us whilst we were in Prague. Clay you are a credit to your company. We simply cannot wait for the opening up of new destinations in your portfolio. Thanks for making a couple of Canadian travelers delighted with their adventure. P.S. Get good walking shoes. We put over 200 km in 18 days. Loved every step.

Amazing trip! Exactly what we were looking for. Great accommodations, great walking tours, great transports from city to city, great directions and suggestions in each city, etc. Would HIGHLY recommend GoRealEurope. Jared was amazingly responsive and helpful and completely “got” what we were looking for and delivered exactly what we envisioned. Perfect trip. Thanks for everything Jared!

Our tour with Go Real Europe to Budapest, Vienna and Prague could not have been better! The detail and professionalism of the itinerary was amazing. The hotels chosen and the guides we were paired with were exceptional. Our consultant, Jared Holmes, could not have been more helpful and cooperative. Overall our group agrees that Go Real Europe was outstanding in all aspects! Thank you Jared.

Prague tour from Andrew and Go Real GoReal was everything you want in a travel agency. They correctly interpreted our needs and then provided excellent service. Guided tour guides were excellent and the information for self-guides were fulsome. I would recommend this group to many experienced and not experienced travellers.
