The level of communication was excellent both before and during our trip. We had to make some changes while in Europe and had quick response times and the directions and detailed information we received were invaluable during our trip. Not having to book our own hotels or train tickets was a huge benefit. The only thing I would stress is to be very specific about the type of hotels you want to stay in and their location and the type of activities/tours you want to do. We wished we would have researched that a little more but overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely use them again!

Go Real Travel planned a trip for us through Central Europe (Prague, Salzburg, Vienna & Budapest), and we were really pleased with everything. The highlight for us was the private guided walking tour on our first day in each city. The guides were all amazing and it helped gives us a better understanding of how to get around and what to focus on. Everything was planned through the app which provided an itinerary of things to do and places to see, and was flexible. They provided directions and details on each attraction which was awesome. They also included some helpful tips and insights that helped us know what to prebook and other key things we should know. Their hotel selections very great and well located. Overall they really listened to what we wanted and planned a lovely trip. We really did enjoy the trip and would probably travel with them again. That said, there were a few things that we didn’t really like, lack of communication and lack of transparency on pricing. Once we booked and paid our deposit, there was minimal to no communication from them until 4 days before our trip, letting us know they had uploaded some of our tickets. I had reached out two weeks prior to our departure and never heard back. We did hear from them once during our trip as they needed to verify the timing of flight, but other than that, nothing. There was also a last minute swap on one of our guided tours because the original guide was ill. We were informed by the guide of this, but no communication from the company. We ended up not doing our second guided tour because of this change. I emailed the team to ask if we’d be refunded for the canceled tour and never heard back from them. Finally, while we felt that the cost of the trip was reasonable it would have been nice to have more details on their pricing breakdown. When I asked about that I was told they couldn’t provide it because of privacy with the third party partners they use. Overall I want to reiterate that it was a really well planned trip which we thoroughly enjoyed. I’m pretty certain we couldn’t have planned it as well as they did. The two cons I mentioned did not negatively impact our experience, but were more pet peeves I suppose.

Go Real helped us in planning our 2 week tour to Prague, Slovenia & Croatia… They listened to our requirements & then prepared an itinerary tailor made for us … We stayed in 5 locations, The hotels selected were in very good locations. Only the hotel in Plitvice could have been better …. The transfer services & guided were top notch … we had one issue while on the tour which was taken care of promptly by Go Real support team… overall a good experience…

I shared rough points of what my family was interested in doing and Tyler took it from there to create a tailored trip. We then honed it together resulting in an amazing experience. Operations support is good, but understaffed - you get amazing support while you are on your trip, but leading up to the trip you are put into a queue with some delay in response.

Well organized and comprehensive detail in a long trip to Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro. Sights recommended were all outstanding and accommodations were very nice and logistically well located. Assigned drivers were excellent and on time. Drivers offered lots of good information and were all friendly.

I was impressed with the smoothness of transfers and good hotels. The private 1/2 day guide was a great idea for familiarizing ourselves with the cities. The itinerary materials could have been clearer. The map in Prague was great but no map was supplied for Budapest.

We traveled to Venice, Rome, and Sorrento with the assistance of Go Real Travel. Rome was definitely the highlight of the trip, as far as the accommodations Go Real provided us with. They booked our stay in a lovely hotel, arranged private guided tours with a fantastic tour guide, and booked a group food tour that was especially fun. Our contact person with Go Real was extremely easy to get in touch with throughout our trip which was very helpful. It was also incredibly nice to have all of our train tickets booked ahead of time by Go Real, and to be able to download all the tickets onto my phone for ease. Their travel app is also very easy to use and useful. There were a few miscommunications about some of our desired activities which did not make their way into our itinerary, but overall our trip went very smoothly. Planning a multi-city trip in a foreign country is not an easy undertaking, and Go Real definitely made the process much less difficult and confusing. In hindsight, I feel like I did not know enough about the specific locations we were staying in, and I should have done more research on my own, but I do think Go Real could provide a bit more information in some respects, such as knowing that the price of a taxi will be more than twice as expensive in Sorrento than in Rome.

When we traveled it was great to have someone there to take us to our accommodation and then help us on our way to the next location. We really loved the individual city tours on our first day. They really gave us excellent information and allowed full appreciation of the of the country and our own interests . Thank you
