We just returned from a 12 day European vacation. The vacation planned with Go Real Europe and Thomas could not have been better. All hotels were very good and in great locations. Public transportation tickets helped greatly to get around the cities we visited (Budapest, Krakow, and Vienna). The recommendations on the itinerary were great, as well as the directions provided to get to various sites. Transportation to/from airport, train stations, and hotels was always waiting for us. We had no issues. Though the hotels were very good, the ones we stayed in had very high bath tubs to step into or out of to the floor. So, if you have any issues that may hinder you from stepping into or out of a high bath tub, I recommend you let your Go Real Europe rep know. I would definitely use Go Real Europe again and have been strongly recommending them to my friends.

Our trip exceeded all expectations! The itinerary planning, directions, tickets provided - all were so simple and provided us with exactly the experience we were hoping for. The customer service was exceptional. Would recommend them over and over again!

We have taken many bus tours in Europe. They have let us see, many times from the bus, important sites, but Go Real Europe let us experience these sites. Everything was fantastic! We were on our time table with excellent hotels, fabulous personal guides, details and information that we would not get in another way. We love to experience the people. Go Real Europe provided this opportunity! With excellent guides, we were directed how to use the public transportation system and were able to see sites on our own that simply would not have been possible with another company.. We could stay or go as we pleased with the understanding how to do so. I have had no hesitancies in recommending Go Real Europe to numerous people already. I will never take another bus tour. I will travel now with confidence with Go Real Europe. They are amazing!

AMAZING TRIP!!!!! This trip was top of my bucket list and I never in my lifetime thought I would get the opportunity to experience this and have my dream come true. My husband surprised me with this trip for my birthday. From start to the grand finale, all was top rate service. Transportation, hotels and tour guides all true professionals and best in their fields.

I rarely write reviews but believe I should give Justice who was my trip planner, and Dorothy who helped me sort out an error in a hotel booking in Budapest the credit they deserve by doing one. Justice was responsive (and we are in 6-hour time zone difference) to my e-mails, gave me useful tips for booking air tickets which was not part of his responsibility. The full itinerary was long with lots of information. It was a little daunting to begin with but then I felt grateful for having the information during the travel. I really like the way they organize the information. Not only did it give me the essential information and guidance on intercity transfers, local commute, etc, it also gave tips or alert about "silly" mistakes that visitors would easily make. I also like the concise and illuminating introduction about the places that I visited, and this made my tour to be more interesting and memorable. Pick-ups at airport or hotels were punctual and seamless, the drivers were polite and pleasant. The private tour guides were knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We were 30 minutes late in meeting up our guide in Vienna due to a delay in train and we were worried that the guide would have left but she was there when we arrived at the meeting point! I went on to guess she might shorten the walking tour accordingly, and it was in the evening too, but she did the full tour without shortening a minute. Locations of the hotels were great and convenient. The amenities of the hotel exceeded our expectation. The hotel in Budapest had a wrong entry of our booking in their system - we booked and pre-paid 4 nights but their system only showed 3 nights. I became worried and e-mailed GoRealEurope immediately and within half an hour, Dorothy called me that she has sorted our the problem. This really relieved me. Her quick response exceeded my expectation. The only one (minor) glitch was we only found out, after walking a mile uphill (which was easy and pleasant) that Castle Kartstejn was closed on Monday. Slightly disappointed but not too upset for it gave us more time to explore the beautiful surroundings quietly as I could imagine it would be a busy place on a normal "business" day. I would suggest the planner could also check on the open days of the site. I enjoyed the trip very much, and was happy that I came to GoRealEurope which helped me with the planning before the trip and the support during the trip.

I was delighted with the advice and arrangements Myles made for me and my two adult daughters on our recent 10 day whirlwind trip to Venice Florence and Rome. There are too many highlights to underline but the convenience of pre arranged hotels, private tour guides and transportation cannot be stressed enough. Any comments I have to the negative have only to do with my own lack of research beforehand. That said, I would recommend that travelers determine in advance how much they will realistically be using their local tourist public transit card . We did not find the Roma card good value largely because our visit was so short, the system has a bit of a learning curve, several stations were closed, and making use of the attraction portion of the card simply did not pay. I highly recommend GoRealEurope and hope I have the opportunity to use the service again.

An overall excellent trip put together by Thomas Kirby. Great hotels (with one exception - later) and contracted guides were good. We honestly didn't use the self-guided tour write ups as much as we might, so can't really comment on the provided directions. (We did, however, use them to find Schindler's Factory in Krakow, and they were excellent.) Provided transit passes were very appreciated. Suggestions: let train depot pickup folks know whether you are traveling 1st or 2nd class. Would make it a lot easier to be found. In both our cases, we had to find the pickup person ourselves, as they were just waiting in the middle of the 2nd class car area. Also, have hotel pickup folks (guides, tour operators) communicate via the hotel desk. We travel without cell phone service except via WiFi, so trying to call us when we are out of WiFi range is useless. Or offer some other method for folks who let you know they will not have telephony service. Hotels: we had 3 different overnight stays. Berlin and Warsaw were excellent. However, Krakow failed. We had chosen the Santi Hotel based on TripAdvisor ratings. Well, we have no idea how they received the ratings they did, but we were very unhappy with it in all ways. Seemed like a student hostel almost. But now the good part: we contacted Thomas Kirby (via Skype and email), our GoRealEurope rep, and he found us an excellent new hotel (the Amber Design Residence) in the same general area. He handled all arrangements in a very short time and we moved ourselves over there within about 1.5 hours. And loved the new digs! This of course caused Thomas more work to get our guide and tour operator updated on our new address. But he did it. We cannot say enough good things about the real time help we received. Thank you, Thomas.

Our experience with Go Real was awesome! Clay did a great job of putting together tours with local guides and we were not in large groups. It was the two of us and the guide. The recommendations and self guided tours were amazing. The hotels were all 4 - 5 star and breakfast was included. All transportation was taken care of and we quickly felt like locals. I've already recommended to others!
