Jared at Go Real did a great job of organizing our group of 8 on a 14 day trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest. I found Go Real on the internet and because I was a little nervous about organizing 8 people on my own. decided to use a tour company. I am so happy I did He planned our transportation to and from airports and drivers between cities. He got our hotels and at least one guided tour per city. All hotels were great locations very clean and comfortable. Every driver and guide arrived on time and were extremely informative. In addition we were provided with transportation tickets in each city and day by day suggestions for self guided touring. I would use this company again

My husband and I traveled to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest September 22nd - October 3rd, 2018 and booked our trip through Go Real Europe. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the initial planning to delivery everything was perfect. Their attention to detail is incredible. We were rookie Europe travelers and had no idea what we wanted or how to navigate Eastern Europe. Clay Copeland and his team guided us through every step of the journey from planning activities customized to our preferences, booking hotels, providing public transportation vouchers, and arranging local, English speaking guides. Prior to departure from the United States, we received a 100+ page, detailed itinerary with step by step (literally) instructions on navigating the cities, places to visit, must sees, how to use public transportation, etc. They were also available 24/7 to respond to any issues that may arise. We had a very minor snag at our Budapest hotel and I emailed Clay on a Sunday morning. Within an hour he had the situation resolved and called me to let me know. Unbelievable customer service. I had no prior knowledge of Go Real Europe; I found them on the web and booked based upon their positive reviews. I am pleased to be adding another positive review to their roster. We are already thinking about our next trip and will certainly book with Go Real Europe in the future.

GoRealEurope was so helpful in making our trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest flawless and fantastic. Their comprehensive coordination of our travel within and between cities, the accommodations they found for us in each city and the tours they booked (according to our interests) were perfect. We couldn't have been more pleased - especially as strangers to these beautiful areas of the world - we felt confident in our travel and certain we were experiencing the best each city has to offer as a result of their planning our trip. I would certainly recommend GoRealEuope for anyone traveling to the areas they cover. I know we will be using them again!

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful cruise on the Danube with an extended stay in Slovenia. We used Go Real Europe to provide the itinerary for our 6 day visit to Slovenia after we finished a river cruise from Bucharest to Budapest. They provided the train tickets, hotel reservations and guides at appropriate times, as well as some of the transfers. The itinerary set forth details on what we could do on the free days without a guide. The instructions were very detailed, which made everything easier. The hotels were well located, which allowed us to walk to various sights, the bus and train stations. All in all, they did everything promised. I would highly recommend them if you are interested in a travel experience that is unique to your desires.

Just returned from a "dream trip" to Central Europe. Go Real Europe was recommended to us by a friend. My husband and I are glad we used them to help us with our trip! They allowed us to enjoy our trip and sweat the small stuff. Everything was laid out for us, we had tickets for all the public transportation organized by country, maps of each city, step-by-step directions from our hotel to attractions, restaurants, public transportation and venues, we also had drivers pick us up and drop us off to and from rail stations and airports. We had guided tours of each city, everyone spoke English and guides provided excellent information from a fun perspective as well as historical, lots of information about the culture, food. Also, not knowing the languages it is comforting to know that Go Real Europe is a resource to go to in case something goes wrong. Our flight home was cancelled and we called them and they were prepared to try to help find a place to stay for the night and told us what we needed to do in order to execute our "Plan B." Beyond that our trip went without hitch, all the information they provided was accurate (including warnings) and we had no issues.Thomas Kirby our travel agent arranged for all our needs, wants and wishes as requested! We will definitely use their services again!

My husband and I had never travel to Europe so were very apprehensive on how to go about planning our trip. We did not want to do a trip where we were on a tour bus 24/7. I fell upon this site in a google search, and it was the best thing I could have done. As soon as I put in my tentative itinerary, I received an email from Martin and then a phone call. I honestly didn't expect to hear from a real person. He helped me to hone our trip to what my husband and I wanted to see and do. The private tours were absolutely amazing. The tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and showed us parts of the cities we were visiting that I don't think we would have seen if we were part of a large tour group. The hotel accommodations were top notch as well and the train travel was a great way to see the country. I can't say enough about this site. I will definitely be using them again.

Martin Wagner from Go Real Europe planned our 15 day trip for us in Eastern Europe including Croatia, Czech Republic and the Netherlands. I can't praise Martin and the whole team at Go Real Europe enough. The hotels they booked for us were comfortable and located to best access the amenities of each city we visited. There was a local guide that met us in each city to give us a tour of their city and the local perspective we wouldn't have gotten just being there as a tourist. These guides, Tony, Veros, Teresa and Marta created lasting memories for us. The drivers who made sure we arrived at our hotels and got to the airport on time to catch our flights were all amazing. We had a no mishaps until it was time to leave for home and were notified the evening before that our next morning flight out of Amsterdam had been cancelled. We had to book an earlier flight and instead of getting picked up at 7:30am, we needed a pick up from our hotel at 5:30am. I called Go Real Europe and they contacted the transfer company to change the pick up time and then called me to assure me it was taken care of. That is customer service! Lastly, Martin prepared a complete itinerary that I was able to print out with other optional things to do in each city including detailed instructions and maps. We had a fabulous, worry free vacation! I will definitely use Go Real Europe to plan my next European adventure. :)

Clay at Go Real put together a fabulous trip for us to Prague, Vienna and Budapest. We spent 3 or 4 nights in each city. The self guided tour instructions and city maps were excellent, and our guides for the 3 hour walking tour in each city were on time, personable and informative about the history of the city and their country. We passed on the bone church outside of Prague and the all day trip for a river cruise from Vienna. Instead, we constructed our own venture, finding a park in Prague with a wine festival, and a long walk around Vienna neighborhoods. Our hotels were well located. All three provided a marvelous breakfast buffet. The Emblem hotel in Prague is the best experience we have ever had in a hotel. The concierge team is extraordinary, and their early evening gathering for guests, including free wine and beer, is a great event where we met and exchanged stories with many fellow travelers. The Hotel Sacher in Vienna also had a great concierge team. We were disappointed with the New York Palace (Boscolo Hotel) in Budapest. The room and furnishings were tired. The concierge was sometimes difficult to access, but did provide good service. Overall, Go Real put together a fabulous trip for us, and we whole-heartedly endorse them.
