Kane was of excellent service and really brightened my day with his sense of humor

Absolutely amazing product! My four-month-old puppy broke his leg and we had over $5,000 in vet bills. I ended up only having to pay about 10%, it really saved my dog, he wouldn't have been able to save my puppy if I didn't have this insurance in place. Petplan even sent the payment directly to the vet, so I didn't have to front the money. Thank you Pet Plan!!!! I cannot recommend more.

I'm shocked that so many people have rated this insurance plan so highly. This is the first time I've filed a claim and I hope to never have to file a claim again. It seems that if your vet doesn't fax in all your pet's medical history ( I think after almost a month of dealing with this I've learned what the issue is. The emergency vet clinic has been emailing petplan my dog's records instead of faxing)this has resulted in my claim not even being looked at until all the documents are in. While the representatives on the phone have been polite no one can seem to locate these records. How can an organization only have one method of receiving documents? This has been an extremely frustrating and exhausting experience. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

We are new to Petplan as this is the first time we had insurance on our pet. Petplan was recommended to us from a friend as well as our vet. Since we are new customers and had several claims to submit for our pointer, Stella, we needed some guidance on how the process worked. I spoke with Jordyn S. who could not have been more helpful with guiding us through the process while keeping us updated as to the status of our claims. We could not believe how quickly our claims were processed! Jordyn S. was absolutely wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend Petplan and Jordyn to anyone!

My chihuahua, Tito, recently had surgery to have a sarcoma removed, followed by four weekly radiation treatments. Petplan has been paying all of my claims quickly and accurately, and Tito is doing really well after all of his treatments. I'm very thankful to Petplan for helping with all the bills, and I'm so happy I was able to give Tito such great care without worrying about cost. I highly recommend Petplan to any pet owner who wants to ensure they are able to give their pet the best of care.
