Called today to ask about my existing policy and spoke to a friendly lovely lady called Mandeep who was very helpful credit to the company.

Having never made a claim in 7 years for my house rabbit, he suddenly (as rabbits can do) became very unwell. The course of a 3 night stay in the vets with scans, treatments, diagnostics left a bill of over £2900. I forwarded my vets a copy of the policy on the night of admission and the direct pay had been authorised upon discharge with me having £72 to pay. The receptionist told me that lots of people cancel their insurance if they haven’t made a claim within the first couple of years - I’m so pleased I maintained my policy and it means that no matter what the future outcome, I know I have done everything I possibly can for my bunny, and the seamless service from PetPlan made what was an incredibly stressful and upsetting time significantly easier. When our beautiful little staffie passed away in March petplan were amazing, The compassion they shown was wonderful,, We are in the process of adopting another dog from Dogs trust and Petplan with be our 1st call after signing the adoption forms,

Fantastic company. Insured my cat with them and shortly afterwards he got poorly. Expensive trips to the vet were made easier knowing that petplan would give me the money back in two weeks. The claims were so easy and they kept you up to date with process. Sadly my cat had cancer and was euthanized, broke our hearts. Within a few minutes pet plan messaged us to give their condolences and say don't worry about the claim, all would be settled and it was. Highly recommended this company. Website is not confusing and its not expensive 🙂

I was truly concerned about using Behavet through my pet (Elsie, 3 year old dachshund with problems with other dogs) 's insurance with Pet Plan. It all went through very quickly, despite there initially being some concern as to whether this might have been a pre-insurance problem, so not covered. We have had one consultation and Elsie is truly a new dog. This co-operation between Pet Plan and Behavet is a remarkable development in the management of reactive dogs. Thank you to Pet Plan, as I could never have found that money alone, and to Behavet, for what has developed so far, and for the 'magic' I anticipate is still to come. We've been with Petplan since our dog was a puppy. We have, unfortunately, needed to claim multiple times through the years. From trauma, to investigative testing for bowel issues ongoing for years, now sorted, thankfully, and recent othropeadic surgery and complimentary treatments. Not once has a claim been quibbled. You never want to need insurance but Petplan have taken the financial stress out of otherwise stressful events. Our spaniel is a much loved pet, she's 8 years old now and had had access to the best specialists and treatments available. We pay around £100 a month. It may seem a lot but she gets monthly librella injections as well! Can't fault the service we've received. I recommend them to all pet owners.

Pet Plan are easy to contact by telephone. Their call centre staff are most helpful. Claims form easy to fill out. Settlement was completed quickly. The whole process was without hassle. The best thing about Pet Plan is that we are able to give Mia our dog the best treatment possible. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic company, honestly couldn’t say enough good things about them, I wish I wasn’t leaving this review as it means my much loved dogs was unwell but sadly these things happen, petplan was there for me, the bill was no small amount either but it was paid in full without any hassle at all! They are fantastic and I wouldn’t be without it now.
