Petplan Pet InsuranceReviews of gopetplan.com

This is an update review for Petplan NOW CALLED FETCH i do not know if this company was bought out, or they hired a new MGMT Team, or Finally got their act together. But I submitted a claim on 12/26/2021, and was paid 8 days later - lets wait and see if this was a fluke or not.

Megan Sparks was a pleasure to speak with. She answered all my questions and explained all the changes to my policy in a clear manner.

The app and site is broken but if you call the customer service line you will have everything sorted out. Obviously with such key factors not working I would normally give the company 1 or 2 stars but the person I spoke to, Joe, really went above and beyond to help me submit the necessary documentation and complete my claim. Since key features are broken I cant give 5 stars but for Joe I would give 10 stars.

expensive but pet insurance so important. I wouldn't be with out it.

Dear Pet Plan I again want to congratulate you on having Taylor -Bell Branchcomb as a customer service person. She is wonderful , helpful ,empathetic and goes out of her way to correct my frustrations. I have had Pet plan for 3-4 years on my Boxers. I have always been impressed by the quality of your phone Representatives. They have always helped me navigate your system. BUT Taylor goes far beyond that in helping me find a solution soothing my ruffled feathers. Thank you for your training and orientation if your employees..... But I feel Taylor really represents what you and customers really want and need.!!! Thank you again Maribess Johnson Shelterwood Boxers Sent from my iPhone

Petplan helped pay for a sudden urgent neck surgery to our puppy, Jeffrey. This took stress off the incident. At first it was difficult getting the claim paid for when another employee was taking care of the claim, but when Taylor jumped in to speed the claim along by following up with us, and processig Jeffreys medical records, our claim was quickly and smoothly taken care of ! Thanks so much Taylor for giving us 5 star care, communication and for taking care of our claim with Petplan!

I am only recently needing to file a claim with Petplan and have utilized the Chat option through the website numerous times as well as had to call and speak with a representative (Jordyn) once. I am trying to learn what all documentation is needed when filing claims and the representatives have been helpful thus far. I found Jordyn to be very nice and understanding of my situation. I was thankful she was able to assist me with getting a better understanding of what I need to complete my claim. At this point in the process I think PetPlan is fair and helpful.

I am on my second dog with Petplan, had the insurance on both as soon as we got it. I think the company got sold or changed underwriters a while ago. Absolutely loved the old one, immediate 5 on coverage and staff and attitude. Since the change, still pretty happy (Huge 5 for Jordyn S - helped me out, followed up, happy and charming) but they reduced my coverage percentage because we had an operation. I didnt like that. Seems all those years of paying for high coverage I should get to keep it and not lose it because I had a claim. But other than that I love them. That factor makes me give them a 4 (but Jordyn S always a 5). They dont mess around, claims processed fast and always easy to deal with.
