Petplan is a life-saver and the absolute best pet insurance company out there. My cat, Daisy, has been having some issues with her protein levels. Just trying to diagnose her problem has already cost me $4,000, but thanks to petplan, I don't have to worry about it! If it wasn't for Petplan, I wouldn't be able to afford this kind of vet care for Daisy. Petplan also has GREAT customer service, their employees are so helpful and they truly care about your pet. I am only recently needing to file a claim with Petplan and have utilized the Chat option through the website numerous times as well as had to call and speak with a representative (Jordyn) once. I am trying to learn what all documentation is needed when filing claims and the representatives have been helpful thus far. I found Jordyn to be very nice and understanding of my situation. I was thankful she was able to assist me with getting a better understanding of what I need to complete my claim. At this point in the process I think PetPlan is fair and helpful.

I am on my second dog with Petplan, had the insurance on both as soon as we got it. I think the company got sold or changed underwriters a while ago. Absolutely loved the old one, immediate 5 on coverage and staff and attitude. Since the change, still pretty happy (Huge 5 for Jordyn S - helped me out, followed up, happy and charming) but they reduced my coverage percentage because we had an operation. I didnt like that. Seems all those years of paying for high coverage I should get to keep it and not lose it because I had a claim. But other than that I love them. That factor makes me give them a 4 (but Jordyn S always a 5). They dont mess around, claims processed fast and always easy to deal with.
