I can't say enough good things about PetPlan! My three year old Carolina Dog has had a lot of Ortho issues and they have been there to support me every step of the way. Their customer service is always on point! I spoke to an amazing rep by the name of Kane who was super helpful and took care of an invoice issue in no time. I highly recommend PetPlan to any pet parent!

I love Petplan! They have such good coverage, and at a very reasonable price. I got a request for additional information and had to call them. I got a very nice customer service representative, Taylor Bell-Branchomb, who was very accommodating. He took my information and forwarded it to the claims department, then checked to make sure they got it and notified me that he had verified that they had it. I could not ask for better!

I highly recommend PetPlan to anyone with pets - they are great work with, very kind and compassionate when talking with their representatives, and quick to reimburse claims. We are very grateful for PetPlan as it has allowed us to care for our pets regardless of the expense.

I called Petplan this morning to check on one of my claims that I had emailed a couple of days ago. I spoke with a young gentleman named Kane Daly, who assisted me with my request. After telling Kane why I was calling, he immediately looked into the situation and let me know the answer I was looking for. He was so friendly and compassionate and was sincerely concerned about my fur-baby dachshund Willow who the claim was about. I was already under a great amount of stress worrying about Willow's upcoming surgery next week, so it was a very welcome bright spot in the midst of the worrying to talk to someone who was so thoughtful & caring. Thank you Petplan for having employees like Kane to help your customers when we call! He truly is an asset to your company!!

Petplan is a FANTASTIC plan. They have, once again, come through for us. I recommend this plan 110%. They are responsive, fast processing and great communicators. Don’t wait, sign-up NOW; you never know when your beloved fur baby will need treatment.

We have had a Petplan policy on our Labrador Retriever, Bella, since we adopted her when she was 1.5 years old. Thanks to Petplan, we're hopefully going to see her 12th birthday this December (and hopefully many more!) We chose a high level of reimbursement and low deductible for Bella's policy and it isn't cheap - but the peace of mind that comes along with the insurance is priceless. In fact, last year we thought about cancelling the policy and putting the premium we would've paid in a savings account instead. I'm really glad we didn't. A few months ago Bella started showing signs of pain. We went down the rabbit hole of multiple vet visits and tests until we finally wound up at a neurologist's office. When they did a MRI on Bella they discovered a brain tumor on her pituitary gland. Luckily we were able to pursue radiation treatment, which she just completed. She is almost back to her old self and even if the treatment isn't 100% successful we will at least get to spend a bit more time with our best friend and know that she isn't in pain. We got the insurance so we would never have to make the choice to put a dog down because we couldn't afford a treatment. Between all of the vet visits, scans, and radiation treatments, the bill for Bella's latest adventure was pretty intimidating. However, Petplan came through as they always have in the past and reimbursed us with no issues whatsoever. I wish I could say the same about MY health insurance! In addition to this latest issue, we've submitted claims on all kinds of stuff over Bella's life and we've never had any issue with Petplan. I've found them to be a great company and everyone I've dealt with there seems to genuinely care about their "paw-licy holders". There aren't many companies I would recommend without hesitation, but I have no problem doing that with Petplan. Thank you, Petplan, for letting us always get the best care possible for Bella!

When a customer service rep noticed I was a bit frustrated, he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. That is exceptional in my eyes, and it is obvious that he truly loves his job and cares about the people he is working with. He is one of the only reps that has gone out of there way to ensure that not only everything was handled, but to my satisfaction. Felt like I had a friend looking out for my furbabies, not just someone on the end of the line. Very pleased, thanks Kane.
