Dear Kaitlin, We are truly sorry to learn about your unpleasant shopping experience on TikTok Shop with our 22-inch Tape-Ins Extensions. We take product quality and customer satisfaction very seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We’d love to offer a little insight regarding the points you mentioned: Thin ends: Our extensions are designed with a natural taper to mimic natural hair growth, ensuring a seamless, light blend with your own hair rather than a heavy, blunt finish. Texture & Split ends: Because we use 100% human hair, individual strands can occasionally retain natural hair characteristics, and the protective coating used during manufacturing can sometimes feel smooth/slick initially before its first gentle wash. While you are leaving a review on our official website’s page, we completely understand your frustration regarding your purchase made through TikTok Shop. Although TikTok Shop orders are managed through a separate system, we value you as our customer and want to make sure you are properly supported. Could you please kindly email your TikTok Shop Order Number to us at [email protected]? Once we have your order details, our team will reach out directly to review your case and help resolve this for you. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to hearing from you.

Dear Deborah, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Please rest assured that our hair products are crafted from 100% human hair, as advertised. Natural human hair can sometimes experience static electricity due to environmental factors or friction during transit, which might temporarily affect its texture and overall feel. Regarding your inquiry, we checked our customer support records and confirmed that our team has already replied to your message. It is very likely that our response landed in your spam or junk folder by mistake. We kindly ask you to check those folders. We truly value your experience and will be sending you another email right away to follow up and assist you further.

Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your order: Color & Batch Differences: While our product images are photographed to represent shades as accurately as possible, lighting differences and standard batch productions can occasionally cause subtle variations. However, we certainly understand how frustrating it is when a shade feels entirely different from what you anticipated. Product Quality & Hardware: We take quality control very seriously. New hair products are treated for hygiene and durability during manufacturing, which can sometimes leave a temporary scent that dissipates after airing out. Additionally, clips are tested prior to fulfillment, though a clip may occasionally feel tight or stiff upon first use. Return & Hygiene Policy: Due to strict health and safety standards regarding wearable hair products, our team must carefully follow safety protocols regarding returns. That being said, it is never our intention to make you feel dismissed or unheard. We genuinely care about every single customer and are committed to resolving this properly for you. We have assigned a dedicated customer service representative to follow up on your order—please check your inbox for our email regarding your order details, and be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case.
